This place is very clean, very friendly staff overall I can't wait to be able to go back If I could go every year I would.

We had a fantastic stay. The hotel was beautiful and clean, the staff were really friendly and the food was wonderful. We came last year as well and hope to come back again. Alberto at the Macondo Beach Bar was delightful and made us feel very special. We ended every night at Zanzibar as it was relaxing, quiet and the pool at night looks spectacular! Loved our stay!

They are only trying to get money. They are not trying to help or make travelers happy. Only tying to get more tips.
Family family resort made with both adults and children in mind.

Overall experience at the Ventus was great. Rooms were very clean and modern. Their Aromas cafe was a great place for treats and drinks. The food options were very good to offer a variety of cuisines. The beachside could use improvements which I believe were on going during our stay. Beach was not appealing but the pool sides along and near the beach made up for the loss. Would love to return and see a dinner buffet option available at Ventus since dinner reservations availability for the restaurants can be too late or too early.

This was a great resort. Everyone was very friendly and our stay was great. Can't wait to come back here next year!!
