Great family vacation!

Great family resort! It was perfect for our kids, they enjoyed calm beach, nice pool and waterpark! Everything was nearby, hotel is not huge. I find it easier with the kids to have everything close by. Great rooms, buffet was excellent, restaurants at night - we tried BBQ restaurant, Italian, Sushi and Seafood - all good food, no complains.

I am writing this review on my third day here and I am not a complainer but this hotel is so far from anything that even resembles a 5 star hotel it is laughable. The staff is extremely rude, and they always look like that hate their job, which when you work in hospitality is awful. Yesterday I had a small accident at the beach, and not one single person of the staff even tried to help, and was charged 200 dollars for “medical assistance” which was literally a bandage tied around itself on my foot. When I mentioned this to a staff member she said that medical is an external provider, so I thought…ok maybe it’s not their fault, they just have a really bad provider. But today my room was made up at around 10am. I got back from the beach at 5pm and realized I had no towels. I tried calling, tried the app and my requests were not even answered so I decided to go to the lobby to request them myself and was told that the hotel had no towels. Yes, an entire 5 star hotel has no towels for a single one on their guests, and was told there is nothing they can do, and that I would have to patiently wait. This is unacceptable. Hilton…do better. And if you’re considering this hotel don’t. Stayed at Sunscape curaçao 2 years ago and had a wonderful time for a better price. Just go there.
