Great Las Vegas Hotel

Not sure why the negative comments I love the hotel. It beats the old outdated ones on the strip. The check in was fast. The rooms were modern, great space, bathrooms with no tub , beds and pillows made sleep restful. The hotel is attached to a convention center. They have named acts at their arena. Inside great restaurants around the casino area. I like to go into a lobby area with out the casino in my face. I don’t gamble. The fitness center was huge. The spa was amazing. It’s stunning outside with real cool images on the front.

Nice stay, nice rooms

Hotel although was very busy, it remained quiet. Rooms were nicely cleaned, furnished. Rooms were a good size, did not feel small. Several restaurants were nearby. Overall it was a nice stay. There was no room service onsite. They did offer uber eats that could be delivered to front desk and it could be taken to your room or anywhere on property. Overall I was satisfied.

Didn’t give my deposit back

They didn’t pay me back my deposit for half of month and they randomly charged the mini bar fee (which I didn’t use at all), don’t go there guys, the room is also sucks since the cups are dirty and not ready to use, please don’t go and trust me. I am not the only one experiencing this.

check in took 1 hour. no hot water. AC didn’t get very cold in middle of winter. no was at the concierge station. You couldn’t order room service. They said you had to download an app. The app didn’t work and it finally did work. It wasn’t connected to the room. Valet did not coordinate with check-in or front desk to call front desk from my phone no answer, tried to call maintenance no answer. Tried to order room service no answer restaurants some closed at 9 o’clock at night full service restaurants ordered wheelchair it kept saying pending. I finally had to go downstairs to the Bellman and they said oh it’s right here on the screen, we can get it for you right now once again, huge disconnect with all their apps and actually getting any service. They’ve gone completely too far with the whole app thing if it worked, it wouldn’t be so bad but it just doesn’t. I wish I would’ve read the reviews before I checked in here, I wouldn’t come on the flipside, this is a beautiful beautiful property if they would just get their act together, they would make a fortune, but I think most people who stay here like me and just can’t wait to get out of this hotel and we’ll go gamble and have fun and eat other places on. Come on Hilton get your act together.

Petty But Annoying

When I arrived and checked in I was told that I had a $50 food and beverage credit. Ate at Carvers and Juniors and had the bills charged to my room. I checked out through the app and checked my receipt a couple days after the stay. I didn't have a credit on my receipt. Called and was told that the credit only applied to the Dawg House Saloon. GTFO. That would of been good information to know when I was told about the "food and beverage credit". Good reviews cost $50 apparently.
