Great room except for strong cigarette smell

Great suite room with fantastic bathroom. Only problem was the room had a super strong cigarette smell. We even noticed that some prior guests had rigged up napkins or paper towels over the smoke detector so they wouldn’t set it off. Housekeeping had not noticed that. It was too high up for us to reach. Resorts World is a great place to stay. Alas whenever we walked into this room, the cigarette smell was overpowering - it was supposed to be a non-smoking room. We didn’t have time to try to switch rooms dying our short stay.

Simple hotel made confusing

Loved the hotel itself. Parking was far away and the hotel signage was very bad. At one time I designed hotels and this the more confusing facilities I’ve seen. I don’t think I ever saw a complex map. The pool area was quite nice but getting there was an adventure. Their gaming membership program lacks a lot.

Never. Again

Nope . No coffee makers in room and tiny fridges. Double prices on very poor quality food. They are so desperate for money they nickel and dime you for everything at the restaurant (don’t go to Viva). You can’t even sit in a chair at the pool unless you pay them!! I am very shocked this is a Hilton property. Oh… and my room smells like a sewer. joke.

An Incredible Experience!

Amazing accommodations, service, and a fabulous experience overall! The suite was well-appointed, spacious, clean, modern, and all things great. In-room dining was delicious, and was set up to enjoy the views of the strip. We had a group dinner at Carversteak, and the service was incredible. I believe his name is James, but a huge shoutout for his attentiveness, among others, with touching our table. Not once did we have to flag anyone down; truly a delicious and wonderful experience. We will definitely keep this resort as our number one choice when our travels bring us back to Fabulous Las Vegas! Well done!

A Wonderful Stay and Thankful for Honest Staff

I stayed one night in a Resorts World Conrad room on June 24. I am a frequent Vegas traveler and wanted to do a “tire kicking” stay at RW Conrad to see if I may want to do a longer stay in future. I found all staff to be pleasant and helpful and had a wonderful evening playing in the Casino. My room was well appointed, clean and comfortable. I’m surprised by the negative reviews as my experience was very pleasant. I checked out on the 25th and several hours later, I discovered I was missing a case that contained my Canadian Passport, a large sum of cash and my credit cards. Oh my, that pit of the stomach panic. I called Resorts World in my panicked state and was so relieved when I was told my items had been turned in. I am so grateful to the honest member of the Housekeeping staff who turned in my case. I sent a note off to Resorts World and hope the Housekeeping staff member receives my message of gratitude. Losing that Passport would have been a nightmare. I am also thankful for the Security Staff members who were so kind to me and helped calm my frayed nerves. I had a wonderful stay and had already planned to return again. This sealed the deal. See you soon RW!
