I am currently staying at the resort and my family and I are having a terrible experience. I am writing this review sitting in the buffet during breakfast hours. To be clear I work in the hospitality industry I am currently a manager at a 5 star hotel. Let me start off with the positive. The beach, pools and waterpark is great! The rooms are beautiful with a lovely ocean view. The location is great as well. My kids are having a blast with water activities. The resort is beautiful. The resort isn't too big so everything is easily accessible. But eventually we have to eat right?? The restaurants are ok. The first night we came the Italian restaurant wasn't open. We have kids so we can't have dinner at the specialty restaurants on the adult only side only the Zen restaurant. The indian restaurant Taj is ok our waitress Santana was great! My baby only eats fries and they don't serve fries there and she went out her way to get him some fries. She was amazing. The buffet is completely completely understaffed!!! It's really bad. The food options are not great either!!! Food items, plates and utensils takes forever to be replenished and everytime we end up not getting half the food items because no one puts them back! It's truly a struggle to get something decent from the buffet. Jamaican options is limited. We didn't travel all the way from America to eat American food. We've been to alot of all inclusive resorts in the Caribbean we travel each year and this is truly the worse one we have been to in regards to the food. We are truly disappointed. The cafe was basically empty! Nothing to be desired! The best food we had was from the sports bar. Mosquitoes are also eating us alive in our rooms at night. We've killed over 50 mosquitoes each night. It's really bad. You walk in the public areas and they are everywhere! I have to keep asking someone to go and spray out our rooms. Maybe that's something they can't control so I won't bash that too much. But the food is really a disappointment for us. Would we come back?? No we wouldn't! Even tho this resort has beautiful beach and pools the food options and the limited staff was really bad.

Me and my wife went for our cousin's wedding, we arrived on Sunday September 20th, we were warmly greeted by the servers, the concierge, everyone was exceptionally nice, spent most my time at the Main Bar where we met Berry the Bartender, he was awesome, I only had to order my dino once, after that he always remembered, he treated every guest with the same respect and was always very jovial and had a warm energy, the other bartenders and cocktail waitresses were amazing as well, that was my favorite part of the resort, we also had a couples massage at the spa, the staff were amazing, the waitress and waiters at the buffet were great as well, we definitely enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back, amazing experience.

First time at a resort of any kind and I had an absolute blast with my friends. People like Wade, Kersene, Berry and many others all made the stay a memorable experience. If I ever go back to Jamaica, I'd go out of my way to return for the amazing staff. Thank you so much!

We had a great time, upon checking in the bell man Sylvester was great, took our luggage and then to the room giving us orientation on the resort and room. The girls at the lobby bar was excellent, especially Calisa, omg she remembered my favorite drink and even introduced me to another way to make the drink and I loved her way better. The food at the Italian and buffet needs improving however the room service food was great and the service is from the room service team was amazing. I appreciate everyone who made my birthday memorable. The decorations on the door and in the room did it for me. Thanks again and we will be back.

Latoya and Julian were are butlers, and they were outstanding!!!
