May 20 – December 10, 2024 – Renovation of rooms at Iberostar Selection Rose Hall Suites (entire facility) and External building façade painting. Hotel services will not be affected.
June – December 10, 2024 – 1st phase of room renovation at Iberostar Rose Hall Beach (175 rooms) – Hotel Services will not be affected.
June 4 – September 24, 2024 – External building façade, painting & room balconies renovation at the Iberostar Rose Hall Beach. Hotel services will not be affected.
August 12 – November 26, 2024 - Renovation of the Buffet at Iberostar Selection Rose Hall Suites.
All efforts will be made to minimize impact to guests during this time.

The check in process was the best thing about this place! For all the money spent it should be more accessible outlets that work, the buffet should look better and offer better variety of food. There should not be a fee for different liquors after u paid for ALL inclusive. the service at the food truck on the beach was horrible every time!. The room could be updated and cleaned better. I really expected better for the price. We came for a wedding about 20 of us. The day of the wedding they had us standing in a area that was being worked on and painted! wasn't offered water or anything hot as hhhh out there and had to watch we didn't get paint on us!!! very disappointed

This is not even close to a 5 star hotel. Stayed at the jr suites No AC in restaurants. Pool was almost as hot as the air temperature. No Premium Liquor or beer . Beer selection was red stripe only unless you paid extra. Event the staff complained about how hot the restaurants were. Will never stay again. Much better resorts that offer more value for your money.
