Coco la Palm is located at the best part of Negril’s extensive 8 mile beach strip. The waters and sand are the cleanest and the vibes the best. We were last here 16 years ago and we forgot how much we loved staying here. The extension to the bar/restaurant area have made it even better, with chefs and staff catering to your every need. Special shout out to Kion, the best barman around (Xander and I forgive you for being a Man U fan) Rooms are just a few steps from the sea, very comfortable and kept immaculately clean. I’m counting the days til I return.

Excellent experience, the food the staff the property is extremely clean! 10’s across the board for me ???? The beach is also really pretty ?? The room was well kept, and I love the convenience of the ice dispenser they had nearby so you didn’t have to always visit the bar..

We have stayed here many times before, but this last trip seemed off. So a few good things. Great price on rooms , nice beach, good location, friendly staff. Now some bad since last time. Room hasn't been updated 1 stich in years. Hard bed, bad pillows , TINY towels, nasty shower, broken blinds in bathroom so anyone walking by can see you wiping your butt. The beach chairs are disgusting, they are more black than white as they have NEVER been cleaned. In the 5 days there, the workers raked up the seaweed only 1 morning, where they used to do it every day." i was up waiting every day " . The towel shed opens very late and closes very early, so keep your towels for the next day. The credit you get for breakfast seens very cheap considering they raised all food prices. Food wasn't as good as it used to be. $5.50 red stripes, are you out of your f' ing mind ??? Go down to the Hi Low and buy beer for your room and bring a cooler down to the beach. A 6 pack is $6.30 at Hi Low compared to $33.00 plus tax plus 10% gratuity at CoCo.There was random garbage, bottles, cups laying in the landscaping the whole time. There was a bottle at the bottom of my stairs all 5 days. I named it Pete. You absolutely could not miss it, but dozens of workers walked by it 100 times a day ,yet Pete was still there when i left. Now dont know if its tru, but i was told the property sold.. and this is why the workers really dont give a shoot anymore. I walked down the beach and there were quite a few small hotels that looked beautiful and very well maintsined. I dont think we will be back..

Clean and spacious resort friendly staff big up ms clarke who checked us in excellent customer serivice.. . ... love the pool and jacuzzi ???? i would reccommend this place to anyone we had to booked an extra day ........ we difinetly going back next year

We had a fantastic time at Coco La Palm. While all of the staff delivered exceptional service, we could particularly like to recognize the servers Cristopher L. and Jermaine M., Ms. Hazel in housekeeping as well as management Pheonia, Camille and Shoshana.
