We took a family trip to Disney for the year and decided to stay at the clarion hotel. It’s your basic affordable hotel, we enjoyed the easy breakfast options and location was easy to get to and from the parks. The shining star was Iliana. She was such a welcoming bright personality. She was beyond helpful, and kind. I would come back simply because of her!

Our first ever BAD hotel experience. Rooms are outdated and have a musky smell to it. They gave us an accessible room at the end of the hall. That room was next to the pool so all we heard that first day were kids screaming at the pool. Room is not sound proof. We are not handicapped nor did we request that room. So the shower was a walk in shower but it’s a flat surface that then is slanted so all the water runs onto the entire bathroom floor, flooding it. It did not have a glass door, only a shower curtain so there is literally nothing preventing water from going everywhere. So we had to put our towels on the ground because it literally flooded the entire bathroom floor. We asked the front desk to switch to a room that had an actual tub and at first they tried to tell me the only rooms with a tub were suites and we’d have to pay extra for that. Website shows tubs in the photos for a normal double bed room. They eventually moved us to a room two doors down and guess what, it had a tub, but that tub had a clog and took forever to drain. It also took over 10 MINUTES TO GET HOT WATER. Front desk did NOT seem concerned about it when I called to tell them there was no hot water. They give you passes for parking to scan going in and out of the lot, but it wouldn’t work, we couldn’t leave the lot and had to walk back inside to ask for another one. Tried to leave and that one didn’t work either. Someone had to come outside to let us out of the gate. The amount you have to pay for parking a day, isn’t worth the hassle. The only good thing is location. It’s right next to the Toy Story parking lot so you can get on their shuttles to Disneyland. Hotel itself, not worth it.

During our trip from Japan to Disneyland in California, my friend celebrated her 17th birthday. It was her first trip abroad and her first time traveling without her parents, so I wanted to make it a truly unforgettable birthday. Before our trip, we ordered a custom-made birthday cake from a nearby bakery and asked the hotel if they could receive the delivery for us. To our surprise, when we returned from a long day at Disneyland, the hotel staff had already placed the cake in our room. They even prepared handheld "Happy Birthday" balloons for us! After walking around Disneyland all day, we were exhausted, but thanks to the hotel's thoughtful surprise, we were able to celebrate her birthday in the best possible way. Their kindness and attention to detail made this trip even more special. We are truly grateful for their wonderful hospitality. If I ever have the chance to visit Anaheim again, I would love to stay at this hotel again. Thank you for making our trip so memorable!

I stayed here for my trip to Disneyland Resort. The location was excellent—it's within walking distance to the resort and very close to the Toy Story Parking Lot. The room was spacious, and it offered the best balance of price and service among all the Good Neighbor Hotels. The only disappointment was that some of the USB sockets in the room were not working.

Nice hotel, liked the pool area and was clean. Beds comfortable and shower easy to use. Staff friendly and helpful. Food availability could be better, bar didn't open til 4 so nothing between breakfast and early dinner. Would stay again.
