Great bang for the buck

The beds are comfy and the hotel is clean. Short walk to and from the park and well worth the price. We were greeted with “welcome back” every time we walked in at midnight after a full day at the park. This is our second stay and we will continue to stay each time we visit Disneyland!
Family Vacation Meets With a Mishap.

We showed up early and they accommodated us because of my son who has special needs. The room was clean and in excellent shape. The only problem was that there was no vent in the bathroom to help the steam escape. The hotel staff went above and beyond when my son accidentally got lost. He’s afraid of elevators and was taking the stairs and I told him to meet me on floor two and he went up one too many floors. The hotel staff did an amazing job and were very polite about it. The bathrooms downstairs are clean. The lobby is clean. The elevators (which I finally got my son to face his fear to use) are clean. The pool is wonderful and clean. They provide towels. Over all, we will be back. Worth the price and very pleasant.
My Disney Hotel

We travel to Disneyland once a month. This hotel has everything we need; convenience, food, easy to navigate back and forth and the customer service is outstanding! I always feel safe when I travel alone and stay at this hotel. If ever I have an issue I speak with Isaac and it’s always taken care of. This trip we met so many wonderful Canadians, that we’re staying here and we would sit and talk and in the lobby. The hotel is such a relaxing and inviting atmosphere.
Very mediocre

Check in was really easy. If you are a hotel guest parking is $20 a day. The rooms are adequate but tired and dated. Also if any of the rooms nearby flush the toilet or have a shower the noise of the water seems to echo round the room. Free wifi and tea and coffee. Theres a fridge in the room which is a bonus. Housekeeping is provided on alternate days. We stayed at the front of the hotel and found the traffic noise very loud also any voices carried up to our room on the 4th floor. They have a laundry which costs $4 per machine, the tumble dryer didn't seem to get the clothes dry. The hotel is conveniently placed if going to Disney as the toy story parking lot and shuttle service is opposite which is a 5 minute walk to the bus, or you can Walk to the parks which is about a mile.
Average at best.

This hotel is very dated. It needs a lot of money spending on it to bring it up to a modern standard. It's only average at best. Generally it's clean and tidy. Our room had two normal sized double beds, which were comfortable enough. Bathroom was small, you had to 'dance' around the toilet in order to shut the door. It also had single pane glass which offered minimal sound insulation against the traffic outside. It also had the noisiest plumping I've ever heard in a hotel. The first time I heard it, I thought a pipe had burst in the walls. Not good, especially at midnight. Rooms have tea/coffee maker and a refrigerator, which is a plus point. Housekeeping is every other day. Laundry is on floor 2. Only two washers and two dryers for the whole hotel, but we managed to use them ok. $4 a time. It's biggest plus point is location for Disneyland. Cross the road and catch a shuttle bus. You can't walk to the park from here.
