Really good location for Disney it’s like a 10 minute walk, they do a shuttle to the parks as well. Clean hotel. They do breakfast but we didn’t use this as there is plenty of options around the hotel. Reason for 3 stars is when we checked in they asked if we wanted room service every day or every other day, we said every other day and we only got it once the whole week we where there. My partner went down to reception to ask why and they said room service was not set up!? Even though they asked us when we checked in and said every other day. Other than this great location.

I stayed here two nights for a visit to Disneyland, and overall I quite liked it. The room was comfortable and the curtains worked well enough. There is no hotel sponsored shuttle, but the Anaheim Resort Transportation does stop near the hotel, and it's only a couple of blocks walk to the park, though they are long blocks. The area felt safe to walk both going to the park and leaving the park at midnight. I like that they provide a fridge as well. One thing I'd like to see is a free breakfast or perhaps a coupon for a free item in the hotel restaurant.

Special shout out to Nicole Feigel, and Sierra at the front Desk. Extrememly friendly and Phenomenal customer service! Spent 4 days here for our Disneyland trip and they made the trip even better. The hotel room was very clean and the beds are great. Kids loved the clean pool and we enjoyed all the amenities offered here.

The only reasons this hotel is getting 2 stars is because of the very friendly staff, specifically the bellhop who put my sons droid he built in Disneyland in a special safe place because she knew it meant a lot to him, and the decent walk to the parks. The walk in the morning is great, maybe 10-15 mins total walk, but end of a long Disney day, that walk can feel like forever. No transportation offered to or from the parks, which honestly just would be nice for the late night walks back to the hotel after being in Disney since rope drop. Otherwise the toilet barely flushes, even after a number 1 you have to flush twice just to get toilet paper down, the shower has barely any water coming from it. You can also hear the surrounding rooms flush their toilets or start their showers clear as day. The wall paper is peeling, the beds are like sleeping on stone slabs. The bathroom fan doesn’t work, which makes it very stuffy when showering. You can hear the vehicles clear as day outside your window. We actually triple checked windows because we thought there was an open one somewhere it was so loud. There is no daily house keeping or even towel replacements, thankfully upon entry, the rooms appear clean.

Was in town for a quick concert and out the very next day but this is based on my two day stay at this hotel. There was a fruit loop and some other unknown snacks underneath the bed. There were hairs that were not mine in the bathroom. The room could've used a good cleaning, at least a LOOK OVER, before I came to stay there. The bed was comfortable but I was apprehensive for the duration of my stay.
