The place is very clean and comfortable, Staff was great. I will stay with them again. It is close to the parks.

Don’t ever stay here. Found a roach in our room two nights in a row, and the third night found a carpet beetle in our bed. Staff was unhelpful and not willing to compensate us or make it right. Stay anywhere else so you don’t have to deal with a bug infestation.

We chose this hotel because it had a price of $120 per night all in. Or so we thought. While the room was comfortable enough, the parking fee of $31 per car per night was unexpected; my fault for not asking in advance, but $124 for two cars for a weekend was not a welcome surprise. Also, we had wi-fi issues and were unable to use the room wi-fi. When we called to ask about it, the front desk suggested "turning it off and on again," which they said worked "for someone in another room". So they knew their wi-fi was not functioning properly but took no action to remediate that situation for the guest other than to place the burden of solving the issue on the guest. The restaurant breakfast buffet had a few warm selections, though the oatmeal was "quick oats" and had the consistency of baby oatmeal instead of whole oats, and the eggs had clearly been sitting there quite a long time, as they were dry and had curds the size of rice grains, which were very unappetizing. In short, in the Disneyland area, I'm sure there are other hotels that have more reliable amenities, better restaurants, and do not charge their guests essentially a room rate for parking.

This is our go-to hotel when going to Disneyland. It’s always clean, safe and the staff is kind. It is an easy walk to the parks or the Toy Story lot.
