After looking at reviews before staying here, we were a bit dubious, but after staying here, we were pleasantly surprised. All staff we encountered were very friendly and the location is great, as to get to Disney just had to walk over the road to the Disney parking lot and takes only about 5 minutes. The hotel itself was nice, and comfortable. Yes the rooms are a little dated compared to others in the area, but was a good base. My only real negative, was the size of the beds, a little smaller than we were used to, but made it work. Also the bar is only open during Friday evening and weekends, so keep this in mind if looking for a night cap before bed etc. If your looking for a cheap and cheerful base for your time at Disney, you can't go wrong to be honest.

Horrible! The night crew is inept… we checked in and it took an hour… the worker behind the front desk could not find my name and handed me the paper with guest names and information…first room was filthy and smelled like smoke! Second room was better… we reported the incident to the day crew about what happened… oh and the hair dryer in our new room when turned on smelled of smoke… management said they would replace it and didn’t..: this told us that they probably didn’t talk to the night crew either about our check in..here last month and the stay was so much. Better!!

I had a very pleasant surprise when we got to the hotel as it is not expensive. It has a nice lobby. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The room had a little terrace where you could see Disneyland fireworks. It’s like 5 blocks from Disneyland parks. Very kind staff also. We also walked to the Garden Walk (open at 11 am), which I recommend, there’s a Chessecake Factory at the Garden, and there’s a pizza place and breakfast cafeteria to walking distance also. They were both good.

Staff very friendly and worked with us to accommodate as I was traveling with friends and wanted adjoining rooms or close. They were unable to give us adjoining rooms however, our rooms were across from each other. Rooms were clean and beds very comfortable. Great location, just walked across the street to the Toy Story Parking Lot and took the bus to Disneyland. Will definitely be booking with the Clarion again.

Stayed here recently. The rooms were clean and tidy but are now somewhat outdated. Could do with an upgrade. Also charged $23 parking fee per night which is a rip off. Seems to be the trend. Reasonably priced. No breakfast included. Close to Disneyland.
