Our stay was good for the most part and peaceful. However, the self-serve little store at the lobby is slightly overpriced. The TV channels sometimes did not work. When we got into our room, it was very clean and housekeeping respected our DND sign on the door. The mini fridge was not running at first and when we unplugged it and plugged it into a new socket it sparked a little, which we weren’t concerned about as long as we got the fridge running. When checking in, the lady at the front was not very welcoming and did not explain the charges for my credit card and just all around made me uncomfortable. The rest of the staff was great, the guest services employee was very friendly and kind. I like that there was in and out privileges with parking since we had other plans other than going to the Disney parks. For how cheap our stay was, it was an expected experience, and a good one. I’m sad that ART shuttles will be discontinuing services soon. I am willing to keep this hotel in mind for a cheap option if i find myself unable to afford a closer option to the parks.

I enjoyed our stay, great location. We went to the Convention Center and visited Disneyland. It was walking distance, they have parking option for an extra charge

It was dirty. Run down and gross. If you can get it cheap it isn’t bad but to sleep but it’s really nasty.

Room was clean but a bit outdated. Security was good, room keys were needed to enter the lobby after 10pm. Ruben (the bell hop) was nice and helpful.

Roos was very clean, beds very confortable and they let me check in early free of charge Location was great walking distance of restaurants and amusement park
