Following American Hotel & Lodging Association's (AHLA) recent announcement of its "Safe Stay Guest Checklist"—and following medical expert guidance to help reduce the spread of COVID-19—all Hyatt hotels in the U.S. and Canada will require face coverings within indoor public areas beginning Monday, July 27, for the foreseeable future.
Public areas may include hotel lobbies, meetings and events spaces, restaurants and bars, and fitness centers. Some guests may be exempt from this mandate, including but not limited to guests with medical conditions, guests consuming food or beverages in restaurants, and children under the age of 2.

In spite of the limitations due to the pandemic, our experience went pretty well. There are few things that could be improved such as variety of prepackaged breakfast. The muffins were good however it would be good to switch it with other prepackaged food and alternately serving it.
Housekeeping, security and food preparation were amazing, again considering the pandemic. Always greeting guests with smile. Paid parking was good, safe and lot of space available. Only problem is green vehicle slots are taken by non-green vehicle guests. Elevator can create long lines as it is one family per lift. You will need your room card to access the elevator and only guests can use it. One night we had a hard time locating the stairs because of the long line. When we use the Stairs, our floor door were locked so we can’t get in and access our floor from using the stairwell, which make sense after we were told that it is for the safety of the guests, so non guests can’t access any floors from the stair.
Some front desks personel are not welcoming.

Breakfast selections pre-covid was way better.
Also, would be nice to get our rooms cleaned but even changing bedsheets were left to be done by guests.
It would be nice to get a room upgrade being a World of Hyatt member, but no, didn’t get that. Parking is 22/night.
