Overall, the stay at the resort was good but had a few issues. I wouldnt stay there again in PV but I would say its worth staying if you get a good deal. A few things to note below : Pros : - amazing views in oceanfront rooms, very hard to beat - great service, appreciated the hard work of all the staff - clean - fiesta nights had great music and vibe - great view from pools, right off the beach - pool bars were close by and drinks were pretty good quality - rooms were nice and cool Cons : - food in buffets was not great, outside of fiesta nights. We opted to eat off resort often - not a lot of entertainment on resort, Fiesta may only be 2 or 3 nights a week. - rooms are dated, amenities like safe and coffee maker had issues - no mini fridge in rooms to store water or anything else - hotel zone was a bit far from places of interest (ex. Malecon/zona romantica, although that could also be a pro since these high attraction areas can be a little lively/noisy at night)

From the moment we arrived, what truly set this place apart was the staff. They are genuinely one of a kind. Every single person we encountered went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. Their warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail were simply outstanding. It’s rare to find a team that is not only efficient but also so kind and personable. You can tell they truly care about their guests and take pride in what they do. Whether it was a simple greeting, quick service, or anticipating our needs before we even asked, everything was done with a smile. The staff alone is reason enough to come back. Great place to relax and enjoy great price ,, food and location all-inclusive was great lots of food at all time , but mostly sit down and eat buffet. I think it needs more small snack areas , and drinks are ok but cheap alcohol would like a better tequila , selection of beer !!! // contruction in back ground all day !! Next door,,,That was bad !!!!

Enrique, Jesus, the cook, front desk staff, house keeping were amazing and all the staff were amazing. I had such a wonderful time at Krystal Vallarta thanks to them.

We had a great time thanks to many wonderful staff and the location was great too. Food was good enough for us although it was mostly the same with slight variations but was ok overall. One issue I had was most salads had sliced ham mixed in which was unappealing IMO (couldn’t ham be added on the side??). Fiesta nights were great with some alternative food options and talented musicians for entertainment. Drinks were wonderful and so were all the bar area staff. Facilities are older and could use some better overall TLC with many areas having random damages, clutter and cleanliness issues. One issue we had was the shower not draining but talked to the front desk and it was resolved immediately. Water was always hot and room was cool enough. We enjoyed being right off the beach in the low rise building by the pools which we had paid extra. Pool and beach chairs are quite tired and in desperate need of a good pressure washer cleaning and some are quite stretched out and need repair. The construction noise from the next door condo tower was noticeable but not as bad as some others have suggested. Mostly it was drowned out by the activity pool music. More annoying was the stairs and ramp exiting from the lobby building supposedly under renovation. I didn’t see anyone working on it for the entire 9 days we were there.
