Best place to come as a couple and with the family. The restaurants have a great ambiance and delicious food. The buffet has a great variety and are kept stocked as well as clean. The concierge Fernando is awesome. He will take take of you and make your stay perfect. The activities with Fernanda Nayeli and Antonio are fun. They keep the crowd lively and energetic.

The food is absolutely disgusting we checked out yesterday 6/30 our group was disappointed we tried switching to not inclusive but did not let us the pool boys were nice but other than that take your money elsewhere this is not worth it at all we ate out the whole time

website says " for breakfast, lunch and dinner you have a choice of 3 restaurants" Not true. there was only one open at a time , and the only way to know which one, was to actually walk by it. Bars were never open at the same time or even at the place. Individual staff members were great, management and communication sucked

I came on vacation with my mom, and I really like this resort a lot. The scenery and people were fantasic. The food was really delicious. Monica was really, really, nice & she helped my stay at the hotel much better! The resort room was really nice and spacious too!

This would be a 2-3 star at best. The food at the all-day buffet is absolutely disgusting. All we wanted was an authentic Mexican meal, but that was never offered. The restaurants were good, but rarely open -- or full -- or only had one item on the menu. The daily activities at the pool & on the beach were fun for the kids. The night time shows were way too loud and way too late. The Michael Jackson tribute was the most embarrassing thing I've ever seen in my life. Oh, and watch your credit cards.... I was quoted $300 for items in the shop & they added an extra 0 to my card -- so $3,000 CAD. The next day they pretended they had no idea what happened & refused to refund my $. I kept trying to call them when i got home & they just hung up on me. They knew they had my $$ and didn't give a care about doing the right thing. Watch for scammers, they are everywhere! When in Mexico, trust no one!
