We booked this trip based on the all inclusive being a 4 star. As such we were disappointed. The hotel was clean, ac worked well in room, but many things did not live up to rating. No safe in room, no mini bar, no hair dryer. While there were 4 places to get a drink there was no “bar” per se. The drink kiosks were solo manned meaning lots of waiting time to get a drink. One pool was quite cold, the other was ok. It was difficult to get a seat near the pool as there weren’t enough. The beach area was pretty good. Food wise they said 3 restaurants, but it was the same food in all 3. Also there were raccoons in the dining room begging. If we had paid two star rates I would have been fine here, but for what we paid it fell short of expectations.

Gerardo Martinez is Amazing & made us feel very welcome when we arrived for the Saturday night for Mexican dinner. He is wonderful at what he does and such a kind soul. ???? ??’s ????

Hubby and I did our annual two-week trip to Krystal Vallarta in Puerto Vallarta the first two weeks of December 2025! We had a lovely time. We look forward to our relaxing time there every year, and love seeing all our amigos and familia there. It's always a fun homecoming! We have been going for 22 years! The resort grounds are like a village, and we have everything we need there--restaurants, bars, pools, gym, deli market, and everyone from Housekeeping to the Lobby staff, to the waiters and barmen are always ready to help us with anything we need, and to make our stay enjoyable. The place is also wonderfully located, with malls and shopping centers, banks, restaurants, grocery stores within walking distance. We can catch the local bus right in front of the resort to go to the city central, marina or airport. We have reserved our two weeks for December 2026 and we are ready for it!!
