overall a decent hotel nothing to really complain about, other than it states that theres sail boats to use. there is not! i wouldnt say its great for solo travellers mainly families and couples. the team in the dive shop were great very friendly accommodating and adaptable to your needs. had hurricane Beryl blow through while i was there the hotel staff got things cleaned up very quickly and efficiently i cant praise them enough

Antonio, our bartender at the beach bar created a drink ?? for me. It is called “Mud Avalanche. If you like coffee and chocolate you will love ?? it. He said Natalia taught him how to make it. It’s or 4th day on Vacation and the staff is making sure we are very well taken off. Thank you Antonio!!!

Victor at guest services and Marisol, our housekeeper were by far the highlights of our stay and Alebrijes was phenomenal! Now the bad, no explanation that you need to make reservations at 8am for restaurant that night, so 2 nights ate at the only buffet. Food never changed and wasn't great. Evening entertainment was a snoozefest except the Divas show. Grounds were gorgeous, except the beach is very rocky and the rooms really needed upkeep. At least no bed bugs. Get what you pay for but I won't stay here again.

Hotel is in a lovely location by a marina. The rooms need updating. One of the buffet restaurants was closed while it was being refurbished so the other buffet restaurants was always packed. You had to wait to be seated in the buffet restaurants which is totally a waste of time and often get seated in the most inappropriate place. Unable to get in the sea or go on the beach fie to the seaweed which we knew about but the hotels defence barrier was totally useless. The next door hotel was much better at defending the seaweed and their beach was always clear

The room was nothing really extravagant; bed was comfortable & bathroom was average. Had a corner room with a view of the beach plus balcony , the pool plus balcony, then a separate sitting area. The food was okay. Rained A LOT which water found its way inside.
