Daniela at the front desk is a ROCKSTAR!

Just checked in yesterday but wanted to write a review for the check in process and Daniela who helped us at check in. She was absolutely wonderful! Very kind and efficient. She explained to us the process for making dinner reservations for the week as well as other amenities on the property. Later in the evening I had to go back to the front desk about possibly moving rooms due to location and proximity and she was incredibly helpful and was able to work her magic! Daniela is a star employee and has made a significant positive impact on our stay from the beginning! Thanks so much to Daniela for all of her patience and assistance!

The lobby bar service at the Royalton was awesome. Agustin, Rogelin, and Armando hooked it up. Most fun we had all day. They are very attentive and personable. Often didn’t even have to ask for refills. They just brought them. Would highly recommend.
