Absolutely horrendous! i gate it here! came here for a holiday to relax... I arrived earlier before my familly. The hotel looks like a giant shopping mall complex ( but without any shopping) It took hours to check in... so much staff doing nothing, justvtalking amongst eashother..and people waiting around to check in... total chaos! then I finally got to my room ... poor condition.. ( was supposed to be a diamond luxury suite) i went dor a walk... and when i returned to my room there were other people in it!!!!! they said they were checked in there!!! we all went diwn back to the concierge and it took forever to get things sorted. spent the 1st day of this holiday in a reception with staff giving attitude! i can go on and on...absolutely terrible experience, i just wanted to cry!!! so inprofessional, so rude! they ruined my holiday, dont stay here!

The diamond pool bar gave us fantastic service Aaron made sure we always had drinks , all the staff were super friendly and have made our holiday a VERY special one ?????? We will definitely be coming back , the hotel , pools , beach and the fab choice of restaurants has been something else !
