The staff is very disrespectful and unprofessional. We brought 150 people for a wedding and got treated terrible.

Staff was great, Island is amazing, water was unreal. Veronica at the coffee shop was the best. Very pleasant , welcoming and helpful to interact with.

My experience at the resort was extraordinary. I had an amazing time there. Everyone was so nice, and the vibe was incredible! I want to give a special shoutout to my favorite bartender, Tenvis. He was amazing! He was so nice and attentive. He bartended with such precision and care. He was very pleasant and welcoming to me and my guest!

The hotel needs an upgrade, the sewer system is horrible, my toilet was clogged at one point, the smell in my room and around the pool area is horrible. The staff is kind, however they were forgetful at times, the wait time to be served was long at times. The food was not great, they needed more options. My overall experience was ok.

I had such a wonderful experience at the Sonesta All Inclusive Resort in Sint Maarten! The resort was beautiful, welcoming, and the atmosphere made our stay so enjoyable. Everything was absolutely wonderful, but one of my favorite parts was the café! ???? The coffee and treats were so yummy, and I especially want to give a huge shoutout to Veronica, the barista. She was absolutely the best! Her kindness, warm smile, and amazing service made every visit to the café extra special. She truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. Thank you, Sonesta, for such a memorable stay, and especially thank you, Veronica, for making our mornings even better! I would definitely recommend this resort and can’t wait to come back to Sint Maarten! ???????? ????? Highly recommend!
