It’s a dump. Checked into our room, we had to wait till 30 minutes past check in time because they kept saying the room was not ready. Finally got to the room and it was still a disaster, terribly messy, and there was not a maid on the floor. Food is high grade dog food. Everything is falling apart. Everything is so dirty! Plenty of free attitude to go around. Stay away!

Not sure where to start, nothing about this place was good. We went with our 3 children for new years. All the staff are super rude. They clearly hate their jobs. Especially the restaurant staff. Food was terrible in every restaurant and it took forever to come out. Only a couple restaurants to choose from as they are only open certain nights. The pizza place was disgusting. They advertised a late night menu but were closed the entire week. No snack places. So basically if you don’t eat at supper time then you will starve. Our mini bar was never restocked, even though I asked 3 times. It was impossible to get towels because the towel guy demanded towel cards which the hotel never gave us. Unless you go get a chair by the pool at 5 or 6 am then you’re not going to get one. So there’s nowhere to sit. There’s no beach. Very deceiving on their website. There a man made sand spot with beach chairs separated by a huge rail and giant rocks to the water. So if you want to swim in the ocean or lay on the beach you need to walk to another place. NYE was supposed to be a huge fireworks display, never happened. Waited all night for nothing. Asked for a late check out as our flight got delayed. They don’t do that. Not even for one hour. Elevators are incredibly slow. ATM was out of order. Phone didn’t work in our room. Didn’t replace soap or towels in our room. Water slide for the kids is open periodically, but you never know when. For the amount of money this place charges, it is beyond ridiculous. Do not waste your money!!!

This is probably the worst all inclusive resorts I’ve ever stayed at and we have only been here for one night. We booked this last minute and I did read the reviews (good and bad) but since it was NYE weekend, all the other hotels were booked and I did not want to stay at an Airbnb. Basically experienced everything ALL the previous reviews mentioned on the first day. Upon arrival we did not receive cool towels or welcoming drink. The lobby smelled moldy and dirty. We never got our towel cards in our check in envelope. No one offered to deliver luggage to our room seeing full well I was pregnant with a toddler. Luckily I had my husband with me. The elevators took forever. Our room was so dated and dirty (room 673). Used towels were left in the closet, bathroom was filthy-mirror was not wiped down. Dust everywhere. I questioned if it was even cleaned. I checked to make sure our sheets were clean after reading other reviews and I think that was the only thing that they changed. Our room phone didn’t work. Went down to ask the front desk to fix our phone and ask for housekeeping to clean the room properly. The lady pretended to write down our room number. After dinner we came back and noticed no one had came. Went back to the same girl (she did not wear a name tag so I couldn’t get her name) and since this was the second complaint she picked up the phone and made some calls. No one came. We are at day 2 and I had to ask someone for a 3rd time to clean the room. House keeping finally came and my toddler was sleeping. I told the lady it was fine to clean with him sleeping. She said we had to leave the room to get it cleaned. Been to over 60 countries and stayed at numerous resorts and no one has ever asked me to leave the room in order for them to clean. Just shows they do not want us to see how bad of a job they cleaned. The lady literally just changed the towels in the bathroom and that was it. Didn’t wipe down the toilet or clean the floors. The mirror is still dirty from the day before. She stayed less than 5 minutes! Someone finally came to fix the phone and they were honestly the two nicest employees we experienced so far. Don’t even get me started on the food. Just like someone else mentioned, food is best luke warm and never truly hot. I asked for tea after dinner and the waiter brought a cup of hot water. Instead of placing it in front of me, he put it in front of my toddler where an accident easily could have happened! Not sure where the common sense was. At this point I think we have better luck eating outside the resort. Not sure I want to take any chances being pregnant. I have no idea what the other positive reviews saw. The entire resort just feels dirty. And the workers are either reluctant to help you, do the bare minimum or just feel bothered when you ask for anything. The only thing I’m happy about is we didn’t get a room that smelled like mold like other reviewers said. All in all this resort has potential-great location and close to the airport and shops. But I think they need to completely renovate and retrain the entire staff and get rid of the ones who have no business working in the hospitality industry.

Wonderful memories from dining and entertainment. Spectacular views and beaches. Proximity to small shops. Expect Saturdays to be loud. Great for families.

I would not recommended this hotel we have a room 359 facing dumpster floor was so filthy the shower extremely filty holds, no reservation at the restaurent first come first serve waiting in line 40minutes . I tried several time to change room and the answer was a simple No they do not care ..... strongly would not recommend ,I have 4 more days of this !!!! And also no more Beach .
