Amazing resort with great food, beach and gluten free friendly. Sharon, a staff supervisor, made sure, every meal, that my food was gluten free. She is a true sweetheart and really works hard to satisfy her customers. Thanks a million Sharon, you were the best! Sophie from Montreal Canada

A wonderful vacation I enjoyed the amenities. The staff is wonderful very friendly. It was a pleasure to be here. Special thank you to Ms. Anna she was wonderful at checking and through out our stay and the bellman Elisé who has also contributed to our wonderful experience. The bar staff was excellent the staff at the restaurant and housekeeping were all amazing. Thank you sonesta for a wonderful vacation with my family??????

I have such mixed reviews about this place. It was advertised as a luxury resort and we felt it was more on brand with a mid level hotel chain. Pros: 3 separate adult only pools to choose from. Pools got cleaned daily. Grounds were decently maintained. Great location for plain-spotting and a decent beach (free chairs and umbrellas but no beach drink service). No towel cards so you can grab and go whenever you need to swap out. Never had an issue getting a pool lounger anywhere! Cons: The first three days of our trip were filled chaos from a large disruptive group, marijuana odor everywhere, two fights by the pool where security had to escort people out and then a 3am fight outside our room with blood curdling screams. The resort makes you sign a wavier regarding behavior at check in so I'm unsure why this behavior was tolerated so long but we did hear they got kicked out Sunday. Thankfully. Food: predictable but manageable for 6 days. Staff: only 3 really shined to us. Sheryl by the pool bar was always smiling. A gentlemen by the fortuna bar who sang all the time and Navita at the ocean point terrace was always lovely. Tips: bring earplugs or a small sound machine if you're sensitive to loud people who come back drunk at 4am.

Decent all inclusive resort for family destination wedding event

Run do not walk! Average resort with average food. What is not average is the sewer gas smell in our room, Four or five complaints and a request to change rooms all with unresolved results. Major attitude from the manager when we asked for a new room. We were told there were no rooms however their website says otherwise. I explained that I had stage four lung cancer and can’t be breathing in sewer gas and I was met with an uncaring, inhumane look that said I REALLY DONT CARE. She was more upset that her staff said that this is an ongoing problem and that they would give me a new room. Zero cares given here zero resolution. Now I am in a dangerous health situation with no way out. Please go elsewhere for your own comfort and health.
