Check in was smooth and hassle free. Recommend floors from 6th floor and up, which provides stocked fridge and liquor bar, if interested in that. Fridge is restocked daily. Rooms comfortable and sized well. Hotel maintains a clean environment, welcoming lobby and amenities. All Inclusive is great. Food is tasty. Palms, main restaurant, offers a different lunch and dinner menu daily, and the staff are well trained and client focused. Café service is anazing. Veronica and Shaline provided 5 star service and are very proactive. They recall your orders and know what to make before you ask. Close enough to the airport to witness the sircraft flying overhead. Pristine beach with beverage service Definitely recommend.

We had a wonderful time! Since this was our first visit, we were especially impressed by how friendly and welcoming everyone was. We loved walking into the coffee shop each day and having wonderful conversations with Veronica and Shaline. They truly made our stay extra special. We will definitely be back!

Excellent service overall welcoming and enjoyable first time on the island must say I will be back! Shout out to bartender Suddenie makes the best mango daiquiri ! And has the most pleasant vibe ....thank you !

ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS PLACE! I WILL be back soon! My room was PHENOMENAL! I had a beautiful room with a balcony overlooking the water! I must get this same room AGAIN! Bathroom was immaculate! I definitely recommend staying at this hotel! Front desk was quick and efficient. Great location! This is the hotel where when you sit on the beach you see the airplanes flying over about to land. Very close to the airport also!

It’s my second time here. The only thing I don’t like is the firmness of the mattress. Veronica and Shaline at the Café are rays of sunshine, the rest of the staff are also absolutely great. Big shoutout at Yordania at the buffet, girl, we love you.
