Moved here during a conference. The rooms are cleans and modern. I think the hvac needs a clean. They had hypoallergenic rooms available but I still reacted and didn’t sleep well. The room had all synthetic pillows, specially washed linens, and was deep cleaned but the hvac showed black on the ceiling and the windows had a strange black ledge which I was skeptical about. Stayed here for 4 nights for a conference. All hotels are so expensive in Toronto even at the airport. The manager brought me a bottle of wine as an ambassador with Marriott. That was very nice. The members lounge was also nice. Great gym. Not the best place to stay if you’re in the area for a confer car. Cabs are quite expensive due to airport regulations - you are literally in the terminal. The team was very nice.

My flight was scheduled to arrive into Toronto late so I opted to just book a room here since it was connected to the airport. It's a little hard to find as there are no signs in Terminal 3 Arrivals, walk down to elevator for the Train to City and inside the elevator it has the Sheraton Hotel listed as Floor 3 and once you exit the elevator follow the signs and you enter directly into the hotel lobby. The room was very spacious, had complimentary bottled water and a fridge. The beds are really comfortable. The AC didn't have a loud noise, but other than that I had a great stay.
