I had paid in full for my room before my vacation and when I showed up to the hotel at 230am in the morning, with my young children, after a long day of travel I was told that I could not have my room and I would have to pay again! The front desk said because it was the next day from my stay, they gave away my room. I am not really sure how this works, since I had paid in FULL already that they would do this, or what kind of policy this is? I couldn't get ahold of the hotel, as I was in Cuba. At this hour I was forced to basically get a room because we were all exhausted, and she said she would give me a "day rate" and then proceeded to charge my credit card $500! Is there a potential scam going on here? The worst experience I have had at a Sheraton ever! There is an ALT hotel right next door, this would have been a better choice. In short, I paid over $1000 for the worst hotel room.

little sleep

You would think that with the $400 or so price, their windows and curtains would block traffic, train and aircraft departure noise. They did not and I got about two hours sleep. Don't think I would go back there in spite of the convenience to the airport, you don't have to go outside.
