Amazing staff to go go along with a beautiful resort ??

Spent the first week of September at the Valentin El Patriarca Varadero with a few friends for a 50th Birthday first time in Cuba. It was amazing from the moment we got off the bus and we’re greeted with a cold glass of sparkling wine and check in was a breeze. I cannot say enough about the amazing staff they have at this resort. The most friendliest and attentive people I ever came across at any resort I have ever been to. I am sorry I can’t remember all of your names but I would love to give a big shout out and thank you to all for making my vacation so special. Especially Dayan who is the bell boy and our chauffeur around the resort. Anely Pedro Ameliaand Leity at the lobby bar. All the ladies that worked at the Allegace restaurant for the amazing service. The gentleman at the swim-up bar and Henry “Oh Henry” you made the best drinks. The food was really tasty we upgrade and I highly recommend it. Was a little concerned after reading the reviews but after the first day my concerns were gone. The beach and pools were beautiful as was our upgraded pool and pool bar. The activity team was fabulous and the lobby entertainment was great, I loved every minute of our stay and would gladly go back ??
