Plans change, so we’ve made it easy for you to manage your trips online.

We recently updated our reservation system. And we understand that you may have some questions when it comes to being able to change or even cancel a booking online. We hope that the following will help you.

You may not be able to cancel online, so you’ll need to contact us at 1-888-WESTJET (1-888-937-8538) for assistance, if your booking:

  • was purchased with WestJet dollars or cash.
  • is for a flight departing within two hours. We are unable to process a change or cancellation to your booking, however, we may be able to accommodate you on another flight.
  • was made with special arrangements – for example: travelling with a pet or a guest that requires the use of a portable oxygen, etc.
  • bookings made through our airline partners (codeshare flights)

 

You may not be able to change your trips online, so you’ll need to contact us at 1-888-WESTJET (1-888-937-8538) for assistance, if your booking:

  • was created within the last 24 hours.
  • has a seat assigned on your reservation.
  • was purchased with WestJet dollars or cash.
  • touches down in more than one city (multi-city).
  • is for a flight departing within two hours. We are unable to process a change to your booking, however, we may be able to accommodate you on another flight.
  • was made with special arrangements – for example: travelling with a pet or a guest that requires the use of a portable oxygen, etc.

 

For any bookings made via:

WestJet Vacations or WestJet Vacations Groups bookings, please contact the WestJet representative assigned to your reservation.

WestJet Groups, including weddings, conventions, sports or schools, please contact the WestJet representative assigned to your reservation.

An airline partner, travel agency or tour operator, please contact them directly as all modifications must be managed by these partners/agencies.

Select seats through Manage my trips.

Select or change seats through check in 24 hours to 60 minutes before you fly.

Online check in is available from our website, mobile web, iOS and Android apps.

Update your details through Manage my trips.

Add travel document info through Manage my trips.

If you’re travelling internationally, enter your travel document info (i.e. passport number) and you won't need to enter it again when you check in for your flight.
