Overall stay was great. My main reason for this Review is to Tell you about our Wonderful Experience we had with one of your Employees. INGRID is her name, This woman was and is amazing!! She attended to us over I the Cabanas by the beach. From the get go she was very nice and very attentive. We showed up a lil early and she explained that 10am our cabana would be ready, she actually let us pick out the cabana. She explained how everything worked when in a cabana. She brought out our ice chest full of drinks and asked if we needed anything from the bar, that she would be the one getting that for us as well. She was so warm, friendly and Inviting. She made us feel like we made a forever friend. Next time we return, we will definitely be looking for this wonderful angel( Ingrid) once again. She is definitely an asset to your hotel. (In case she gets to see this) Ingrid, Muchisimas Gracias por todo y que Dios la vendiga!! Hasta la proxima..... Jose & Bernadette
Skip the food, stay for the service and sun

Hard Rock Punta Cana is supposed to be the #1 spot in DR. It was mediocre. The food was average very hit or miss, and repetitive boring food. I am not a foodie but I do not like eating the same lunch every day. That is what is in store for you. The service amazing and the resort itself stunning. If they can fix their food situation they can definitely be a much nicer resort and truly the #1 spot in DR. If I had to suggest you, skip the Market buffet, make sure you get to Isla restaurant for breakfast and dinner, make a reservation at Toro, try the hibachi at Zen and please visit Ciao or Ciao Trattoria for italian.
