    What a wonderful experience to spend my birthday with great friends and now family including the staff from Secrets Cap Cana. From the time we arrived until our departure we were meet with exceptional service, attentiveness, smiles and comfortability. The rooms were emasculate in comfort and design, the restaurants were plentiful and exquisite and the events were entertaining. I would highly recommend all my family and friends to visit this resort and I will for sure be bringing my husband here for another visit. Thank you Thank you to Wolfan who took care of us our entire stay, Anthony for recommending their wonderful spa services and all the wait staff at the bars and restaurants Anyelina, Diva, Gerardo from Oceana, Maria, Nairobi, Oney, Eudy, Fidelina, Churney, Yazmin the hostess, Robert. This trip would not have been as amazing without you all. Muchísimas gracias por todos

    We had a stellar time at Secrets! First time we have experienced all inclusive. Would highly recommend the Preferred Club. Our incredible butler Alexis went above and beyond at every step of the way. Very friendly and a delight to be around. Huge shout out to all the staff members at the Rosewater restaurant, especially Angela and Alba- they were so very nice! All the food and drinks were terrific and the service was always prompt. Only complaint we had was all the smoking by the pool, its rather windy most days so the smell really gets around.

    Couples get away , we were at the resort the last week in February. There were a few things we didn’t like but the overall experience made them not worth the worry. The staff, accommodations,food, pool and sites are the very best !!!

    Had a wonderful stay at the Secrets Cap Cana Resort. Excellent food, wonderful atmosphere & excellent service. Thanks to Leonardo and Carmen for the wonderful service. The rooms were nice, clean, and comfortable.

    Overall we have great experience at Secrets Cap Cana. Resort is beautiful! Quality of food and presentation excellent! Staff and service outstanding! Our general complaint and low rating is due to: - garbage on the beach - AC in our room stopped working and AC unit in the ceiling vent was leaking water that created unsafe environment and flooded our room in the middle of the night. Due to this occurring we had to change our room about 2 AM. The way front desk staff handled this problem and our room change it was very poor and timely (it took more than 2 hours). The new room assigned to us was it's own issues - lights would not go off - so it's hard to rest with the light in the room on and the safe did not work. With hotels only 35% occupied this issue should be solved in a timely matter and some kind compensation should have been provided. Poor management skills.
