Stayed one night just to get away. Lucked out on a balcony room overlooking the harbor. Beautiful views.

The room was comfortable and clean, perfect for our family of 4. Customer service was rude and dismissive. Cafe downstairs has expensive coffee that you have to self serve from a machine and it tasted terrible and the employee manning the register seemed like he wanted to be anywhere else than helping customers. You can stay somewhere else less expensive where you won’t be treated like an inconvenience.

I give zero, because of the epic fail on so many levels. (It won't let me give a zero, so I chose 1) The lobby at Christmas time is its only asset. There is only one microwave in the entire building for guests, and it's not even a good one. It's so small it's a joke. And with the upstairs restaurant closed, there's little reason to stay at all.

This Hyatt location was great to stay at! Hotel was clean and welcoming. The decor was beautiful. The rooms were very comfortable. Housekeeping was great, quick and friendly. Location was great, close to restaurants, bars and entertainment. Would stay again.

Located at a convenient walking distance from the Pier, Hyatt has everyone reason to boast! The rooms were clean, inviting. Loved the breakfast spread.Wish I had more time to enjoy it. Valet Parking is slightly expensive but there are other options down the street if one desires.Would come back again and would recommend!
