Have stayed here since 2009. Rooms very clean. Staff excellent. Love kitchen is like home. Love the 5 gas bbqs. Short walk to Waikiki Beach. Only place we'd ever stay.

All staff is very nice , helpful and accommodating. I visited this condo about 15 times already and was never disappointed. All requests were handled promptly. When making reservation make sure to get discounted rate if possible.

clean room. spacious. complete kitchen with plates, cuttlery, pots, pans, ricecooker all there! , nothing lacking.

There are a few things I was expecting when coming to honolulu, a lei at check in, and a liaison that can help with ideas once on the island, a clean space, and a comfortable bed, while the rooms are big, the furniture is out dated, the bathrooms had mold, and roaches, and there was nobody to help direct you to all the wonderful things the island has to offer. I saw every other hotel handing out lei’s to new guest with real flowers, and felt that is part of the experience and your culture’s hospitality, so not receiving one was disappointing.
Good Condo if you can get in to it.

Got off to a bad start by having to wait 5 hours to get into our room. By the time we got settled the first day of our vacation was gone.
