    I would like to inquire if there's a jewelry shop who's name is St. FRANCIS JEWELRY or St. FRANCIS BOUTIQUE in your hotel? I am searching for their contact details or website where i can visit. Thanks!

    Classic San Francisco Hotel

    I am a Marriott Bonvoy Titanium, and know Marriott's brands incredibly well. Westin is one of the brands that I trust, as they are generally consistent. This property is a classic. Originally built in 1904, the hotel added a more modern tower in the late 60s/early 70s. Due to the current pandemic, the original 1900s section is closed, unfortunately. But the open parts of the lobby still give a nice glimpse into the past. Upon arrival, I was disappointed by the lack of door staff - no one, not even a valet guy, said hi once during my 3 days. The receptionist, however, was welcoming and thanked me for my loyalty, I was placed on a high floor in the modern tower. Unfortunately, it seems they are placing guests into very few areas, as my hallway was noisy. Sound insulation in this hotel are poor. I could hear everything in the hallway and in the rooms next door, which made for a less relaxing stay. Times are different and there was no regular housekeeping, gym or normal food operations, as expected and as it should be. I have to say that this hotel is incredibly well-maintained. Common areas and rooms were immaculate, which I really appreciate in this weird time we are in. Hand sanitizer was readily available and everyone was wearing masks. My room was incredibly comfortable with the classic Heavenly bed, plentiful and comfortable bath linens and the signature Westin bath products. The location of this hotel can't be beat. It is right on Union Square and any area of the city is easily walkable. There are plenty of eating options - Little Italy is perfect for outdoor dining, shopping and pharmacies nearby. This is a great hotel especially if you don't have a car. Based on the noise and lack of greeting staff, I would normally give this hotel 3 stars, but this is an odd time in our world, and I'm not going to judge a hotel based off of minimal staff and such poor occupancy. I look forward to returning and hopefully trying a room in the original building.

    The lady in the breakfast buffet Kerala

    We remember the amazing hospitality by the lady name Kerala who was server at the breakfast, took great care of us. We are vegetarians & she did all possible arrangements for us that we are full & comfortable. Miss our great experience in westin and karala! Lots of ??

    We stayed at the Weston during the Covid outbreak as San Francisco was shutting down. Slight mix up with our reservation - no problem, we were given the Presidential suite for our stay! The attention to detail and level of service was truly exceptional. Breakfast was amazing and the wait staff were incredibly attentive. We will return when there’s no virus scare without fail.

    Great hotel and had lovely stay...see my previous review. Unfortunately on returning home and checking our card they had taken out money for something we had not had. Despite several e-mails to them questioning this, they have not had the courtesy to reply. It was only a small amount but if they do this to every guest it would definitely add to their profit. Very disappointed with them for this... and its extremely unprofessional.
