For an older building it is well kept, clean and the pool and gardens are beautiful! The beach was great and hotel is in a good location. Found all the staff excellent. Mostly middle age to seniors staying there, so probly boring for young adults. Gorgeous views from your room.

This would be my first choice of a Hotel when I return to Mazatlan. Great location,, quiet beach and pool, nice music and buffets are fresh and many choices. All of the staff from concierge, front desk, bellman, servers bar staff, lifeguards and housekeeping are 'THE BEST"!

    Great stay.

We stayed for 2 wks. Great location, secure parking, friendly staff. Comfortable suite with beautiful ocean views. Love sitting on the balcony, listening to the music in the afternoons. Thanks to our excellent maid, bellman, and especially Hugo Torres at the front desk who spoke excellent English and understands customer service. We will be back.

    Great location, but upgrades needed

Staff are great. They dont hesitate to help and get what you need. Location is great. The rooms need some work. Older building so needs sink and showertapes replaced, cupboard doors replaced, stove is rusty so doesn't heat, frig froze everything. Biggest complaint is the volume of the music poolside. TOO LOUD. Every one was complaining. There was live music in the restaurant on the weekends and still the poolside guy had to have his music on too loud. Had company over and had to shut out patio doors to talk.

    A nice stay

It took us a few days to get use to it. This is our first time not doing an all inclusive. We cooked most breakfasts and lunches in our room The restaurant for supper was very quiet, the reason is too many restaurants very close by to eat at . For Canadian visitors they don't tell you much. When the mexicans come in they walk them around and explain everything We went down the street a few times to Ocean Palace for supper. More lively. You are able to charge to your room account I gave front desk 4000 pesos for the two weeks. Today they gave me back the remainder before leaving. You can go to any palace resort here and use there facility. WestJet did not state this in the brochure We like traveling to different places and resorts Maybe when I am over 75 I may get be back and stay longer Thanks Luna Palace
