I have visited the Elegance in Mexico twice and really wanted to compare the resorts. Overall, it’s a great place for the price. There are plenty of pools and the beach is absolutely gorgeous. The food was pretty good and the drinks as well, but I thought the drinks were slightly better at the Elegance in Mexico. We did love Roberto at the lobby bar! I’d say the food about the same. The entertainment was great and there are more late night activities available, like a casino and night club. We also had a chance to enjoy the spa and appreciated that the hydrotherapy was a guided experience and we weren’t just running around not knowing what we were doing.

Our stay at Majestic Elegance All-Inclusive Resort was elevated by the outstanding service from our butler, Karin. From the moment we arrived, Karin made us feel truly welcomed and taken care of. Without us even having to ask, he proactively made dinner reservations and ensured we had everything we needed for a fantastic vacation. The resort itself was good, great beach and multiple options for swimming pools. Food-wise, the real standouts were the incredible Teppanyaki and French restaurants. On the other hand, the Italian restaurant and steakhouse were disappointingly lackluster. Fortunately, the buffet restaurant provided a reliable and abundant selection, including a wonderful array of fresh tropical fruits. Despite some hit-or-miss dining experiences, Karin's attentive service and the resort's overall amenities made for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway.

Richard was an amazing butler. Fennis was an amazing bartender. They spoke English well, was available when we needed them, and Richard worked past his working day to make sure he called the maintenance when we returned to our room at 10pm for a safe malfunction. We couldn't ha e asked for a better vacation. The food was amazing g as well and Tony at the excursion center was so helpful and full of great information. We knew what to expect for each adventure we went on

Visited Punta Cana for the first time last week. Overall, a wonderful experience with even wonderful-ler staff. Guzman, our butler, took great care of us from start to finish and made it a point to check in via text or if he saw us around at any point! The small pool and pool bar was our favorite of the three. Ismael and Antonio clearly have a fantastic time with super fun music and drinks throughout the day. We also got a chance each morning to get to know Sophia and Rosaria at the lower lobby bar. They were a dynamic duo and took time out of their days to chat while taking care of other guests. Would highly recommend this resort and the whole crew!

I had a great stay at the Majestic Elegance with my girlfriend. This was our 4th time in Punta Cana and we were here for 7 days. The grounds were very nice, the resort was very well up kept and the staff were all very kind. We had a great butler, Dario who was so kind, genuine, and a great butler. There were also 2 employees who I felt truly went above and beyond, those being Breilyn from the steak house dinner, and Sea and Sea lunch. Breilyn was awesome, he always had a smile, and made my dinner and lunches special. I would also like to thank Schuanllely for his exceptional service, he also worked along side Breilyn at the steak house, and was always our guy for buffet breakfast. My girlfriend also loved, the bartenders, Jenni, Rosa, and Felix at the club beach bar! Also, Roberto in the lobby bar was very funny, had a great personality and made amazing drinks. Overall, I would highly recommend the majestic elegance. I will be sure to return!
