    We had originally planned on staying for 12 nights. However, after experiencing the pure luxury and relaxation this place provides its guests with, we decided to extend another week. upon our arrival we were greeted with hand towels to wash our hands and an ice cold glass of the most delicious coconut milk I have ever tasted. The lobby is filled with an amazing scent, which in ended up purchasing a spray bottle of in the gift shop. Hands down the woman responsible for making our stay at La Blanc Spa Resort Cancun over the top an AMAZING experience was Nancy S. First day at the resort I asked if we could get Titos vodka in the room instead of the absolute vodka that is provided in the room bar. The resort wanted to charge us 250 room credits and about $33 USD. We thought that for the price we paid for our stay this shouldn't be an issue. Nancy asked us if we would like her to go pick some up from the store after she was off work and bring it in the next day. This woman went out and purchased the items we wanted during her time off work! Throughout our stay she was always our go to when we had any questions. She went above and beyond to ensure we were happy there. We stayed in the honeymoon suite, which was absolutely beautiful! Our main butler was Jesus, and he did an amazing job at making sure we had everything we needed. I probably ordered their specialty soaps, aromatherapy pillows, aromatherapy, and bubble baths just about every night and Jesus was always polite and quick to deliver our requests. The entire staff at the resort is polite and provides amazing service. One of the pool side employees who stood out the most was Gorge. He will go above and beyond to bring you whatever you want in order for you to enjoy lounging by the pool. The resort has five dinner restaurants. All of them offer amazing food that is plated to look like a work of art. The breakfast and lunch buffet offers a huge variety of food, and the variety is slightly different everyday. The Manager in the buffet area was amazing. He was great at noticing if people were not feeling well and coming up to check on them. My partner got very sick one night and during breakfast the manager noticed he didn't look well. He came to check on him and then made him some chicken broth soup. Some tips for staying here are; schedule your activities immediately! Make a reservation for the french restaurant Lumiere ASAP. They take limited reservations and it fills up fast. If you want to do an activity such as snorkeling beware that they cant take you out on windy days. We tried booking a snorkeling trip and we had to book an entire week out due to the weather. The spa is out of this world amazing! be sure you check out the hydro therapy, it is a free service. I always went to the spa an hour before my spa appointment in order to give myself time to go through this experience. Also, You don't need an appointment to use this service. If you want to get out an explore then the flea market and a little shopping plaza is only about a ten minute walk or two minute bus/taxi ride down the street. They have a churro station cart that comes out around 4PM by the lagoon side pool. The churros are amazing! They offer yoga on the paddle boards and water cycling in the pools on certain days. Make sure you register for these classes. Overall, my stay here was absolutely amazing. I would definitely recommend this place to others!

    I recently visited Le Blanc for a week in early March. It was such an amazing trip! Between the beautiful hotel & beach, to the outstanding service from every employee. In particular, our butlers, Adriana and Isreal were great! They were super attentive and very friendly and caring. We even used some of the resort credits for a romantic beach dinner. There, we were treated by Gustavo, Thomas, and Esteban. It was lovely. Food in every restaurant was outstanding, and the service couldn’t have been better. Alfredo in entertainment kept us busy all night with amazing night shows! I wouldn’t hesitate to book another stay here.

    Le Blanc is close to airport and nestled among all the larger hotels. We prefer a smaller resort and this fits us perfectly. Rooms have french terraces to open to enjoy the breeze. Common spaces are lovely, staffing throughout is plentiful. Gym and Spa are both excellent. Restaurants are amazing. You will not be disappointed!

    The staff is so attentive in this quiet, nicely-appointed, smaller adults-only resort. I have never experienced butler service before and it is a guilty luxury. I have to give a special shout out to our two phenomenal butlers Marco and Eduardo. They gave us great service and always with a smile and extreme professionalism. There was nothing they could not handle for us. Gracias Caballeros! And another shout out to Rafael for greeting us everyday at breakfast with a smile and a laugh. And while I only mention these folks, the staff at LeBlanc is amazing. We will definitely be back!

    The people that went above and beyond during our stay made us not want to leave and come back soon. Marco who was our Butler went out of his way to make sure that we had everything we needed. He spent hours tracking down our luggage and got it here for us as soon as he could. Great person to talk to and a great person that would do anything to make you have a comfortable stay. Eduardo, our night Butler also made sure that we had everything we needed. Both Butler's were friendly and not afraid to ask what we needed! Manuel at the Italian restaurant was by far the best waiter I have ever had. He knew the menu like the back of his hand and was able to recommend what was the best. He made sure that he knew what we liked. And overall, he made our groups night!
