This hotel is located almost at the end of Waikiki beach The location is convenient There are two ABC stores next to the hotel The building is old but obviously it has been refurbished The bed is comfortable and so are the bedsheets There is no water stain along the bathroom tiles or along the floor In the morning down in the lobby you can get your complimentary coffee,you have to go to the front desk to receive a cup…the coffee certainly has good taste !the coffee machine however is quite slow,takes about a minute before it will start working again take note the free coffee is only available in the morning There is a Japanese restaurant in the main lobby but we did not try it out. In the morning we noticed there is a group of Japanese tourists led by the tour guide to come in for breakfast It is located approximately 10 minutes walk from the closet McDonald’s.There is also a hamburger joint and restaurant around the corner They do provide beach towels,free Wi-Fi,and other beach amenities which is included in the hotel resort fees There is also a public transit bus stop located right in front the hotel lobby The concierge has excellent bell service provide you with luggage storage,reserving and calling a cab

I loved staying at the ParkShore. It is right across the street from Waikiki Beach, where we walked and swam. It is also located within walking distance from everything.

This is our first time to visit Oahu. We are happy to stay in Park Shore Waikiki Hotel. The staff are very nice, friendly and helpful. The stuff in the room seems like little bit outdated. But it was clean. The hotel is very close to the shore and close to bus stops. There are rental car companies around the hotel which make us easily to rent a car. Overall we are satisfied with their services. I will recommend this hotel to friends and colleagues.

Great location. Terrific staff. Not 5 star, but neither is the price. Location turned out to be perfect for us. Again, really great people. And it actually adjoint mi an ABC store. Very convenient. Lulu's restaurant next door is good. Free towels to take to the beach. Free sunscreen in the lobby.

Great customer service. Would definitely stay again. A few requests and they handled them promptly. All staff is excellent and very customer oriented.
