when to hilton resort and spa on day pass with my family's for my daughter birthday,an we enjoy ourselves the food was delicious,the drinks was good,the entertainment,the lazy river to the water slide was good,the only little problem i have is with staff in the coffee shop they wasn't polite or friendly to us any at all,especially that one girl who was serving us she wasn't friendly she full of attitude towards us maybe because we are Jamaicans,big up Denise Myers she is one of the server from mangoes she was so welcoming an greet us with a warm smile an the receptionist who took care of us when we just arrive i don't remember her name but she was so nice to us,i will surely be back for my birthday

Second time back and its pretty consistent which I'm glad for . Its easy from the airport to get to the location . The drinks are good not weakened down . Food is there in abundance and labeled for food allergies . Not much walking not a lot of stairs you have an okay beach and amazing pool and lazy river with water park . Ac feels much colder than the last time I was there . Bed and rooms are clean but they are standard not luxury premium but that works for our group of 6 . Food was good every request was done all changes that wee needed they sorted it out . I would say customer service was excellent and felt better than most 5 star resorts we go to twice a year . Place is safe and the best thing is im not flying for 6 hours to then get on a big shuttle bus to then get stopped along the way to drop off folks to spend an addition 2-3 hours before getting to your destination . I hate shuttles we book privately because we dont like scams we use top choice Jamaica tours you can find them online tcjtours and just book with them but i really prefer short trips from the airport . I would rather go on an excursion for the day than leave my resort 4 hours before my flight anyways sorry about the rant . The place is worth the visit if you have children they willl love it if you dont you will love it and they do have presidential suites but i dont think its necessary i prefer champagne on arrival . Love this place. The food is good. SHEn is great wonderful. Entertainment was great and interactive. Great place to come in vacation with the family. My son was entertained. The hotel is 7 minutes from the airport. Tours is available. Drinks are great

Jordan and zody were absolutely amazing, the ganes were really good and they entertaining. Will definitely come again. Kavesha and shanai were also amazing, so goddddddddddddddddffdfdddhdhrhrjrhjrhdhrhrhrhhrhrhrururufjdhhrhrhhehhh

I visited in 2019 also Lovedddd this place For 24/7 Music Games Strong drinks Clean The views are INCREDIBLE They have an amazing pool for kids and one for adults The beach front is spectacular Easy to get around with a driver Only issue was the toilets int he rooms didn’t flush too well so would always use the ones in reception
