From the moment you arrive until you leave you will be treated like royalty. Our concierge, Angelo, took incredible care of us. We celebrated a birthday, engagement and anniversary during this trip. The food is spectacular and the service is second to none. Johan and Geraldo were particularly excellent. Rhianna and the rest of the activities/ entertainment team created a fun environment. There were crafty activities (painting, necklace & handbag making) during the day, and musical performances and dancing in the evening. Pandora, and the lady who sang the Madonna tribute show, are super talented, as are the band members and dancers. I did not expect that caliber of entertainment or the variety of musical and dance performances. Viktor, in the photography center, was fun to work with and took great beach photos for us. Xiomara provided us with a lovely tour of the property. This resort is worth every penny!!! ??????????

Amazing hotel and the staff are incredible, they just cannot do enough! Our concierge Johan was fabulous. The breakfast and lunch options are fab, they lack a dinner buffet which I think they would do well with. Great BBQ on the beach most days. Hotel is extremely clean and hotels and grounds cleaned multiple times a day. Sand is white and cleaned of seaweed often. Can get a bit loud with larger groups so stay on the beach or at the top pool. We also went on the bike ride which was nice to get out and see surrounding areas.

Secrets Cap Cana was a beautiful private resort. The beach and ocean were our favorite part. Johan was an outstanding and very attentive to us. We were celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary and he made us feel special with “extras” and going over and above. The Coco Cafe Team was another favorite. Alexandra, Esther, Alcides, Melvin and Luchy greeted me ever morning with a smile and 2 Carmel lattes.

This is our first time to an all inclusive resort and it was the best experience! I've traveled all over the world and stayed in many top rated hotels, but the service here is unmatched. From the time you arrive until you leave, you will be well taken care of. Our butler, Carlos, provided constant attention to detail and genuine concern for the quality of your stay. The location was excellent with close proximity to the airport, and we would also highly recommend Mike Fisher VIP Transportation for a trouble-free trip. Walking along the beach you can immediately tell that you've left the resort property because the Secrets area is raked and clean from seaweed and trash while other resorts were basically untouched. Fellow resort guests were respectful and quiet with a bit more liveliness on the non-preferred side, which was fine also. The entertainment was top notch for a small venue, and we enjoyed performances even from music that we don't usually listen to. We had a couple of cloudy days with a little rain here and there, so I'm wondering if February of March would have been the best month to go for full sun. We still had lunch on the beach in the rain and it was fine because they have umbrellas over the chairs if you want out of the sun. The food was incredible no matter where we went to eat, they offered suggestions and even brought an extra main course for us to try! Room service was excellent, and although I forgot to order toast and coffee with my breakfast, they thought of it and had it with our order. We had the Preferred Bungalow swim out and the location was great, right across from a restaurant. They would ask if we needed anything and brought lunch and drinks right to our table. The housekeeping staff was excellent also and made sure everything was clean and that we had towels and anything else we might need. There are plenty of Facebook groups for Secrets Cap Cana and they are filled with questions and answers from people that have been there. It helped greatly to know what to expect as well as how much and how often to tip. This trip would be hard to match, and we're already thinking of when we could go back!

We had an amazing experience at Secrets Cap Cana! Our room was amazing with a private pool, the food was great, the beach was amazing, and the entertainment was fantastic as well! Our Butler, Philippe, took such great care of us and made our visit. Extremely comfortable!
