Andres did an amazing job going over and above what's expected assisting me around the resort. He went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of on every level possible. A true Gim. Luis Rendon is hands down one of the best pool serving waiter I've ever had. Jose Martinez which is one of the property managers here also went above and beyond to make sure my stay was everything that was expected. Highly recommend this place to anyone that's looking to have a luxurious lasting time.
Beautiful property, but lackluster service, absolutely amazing kids club

Overall decent experience. The kids club was the best part about the entire stay. The room was very nice and clean, but wasn’t serviced as often as we would’ve hoped. The food was just average, it really wasn’t anything special. It wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t great. The desserts were definitely not a highlight. The buffet is not open at dinner time, so if you plan on eating quickly at dinner, you are going to be disappointed. There was a two hour wait for dinner one night at every single restaurant, which was very frustrating. The beach is absolutely beautiful. The property is very beautiful , entertainment could’ve been a lot better because it’s very limited and not nearly what it is at some of the other resorts in this group. They did a great job, taking care of the kids and occupying them in the explorers club, and all of the staff in there was absolutely amazing. If you want to have some alone time as a couple, this is a great resort if you have kids because they spend all the time in the world with your kiddos, and they are very attentive and keep them Happy with lots of options. In terms of the service at the pool, we were very unimpressed. The food and drinks were very slow the entire visit. In terms of location, the beach couldn’t have been better. The spa was sort of OK, the technicians were wonderful, but the amenities were a bit of a disappointment Overall a decent vacation, but probably wouldn’t choose to come back to this resort

Excellent service provided by Josue, Victor, Hector. Thank you for everything. You guys are awesome and make a Dream Team. The company is lucky to have these gentlemen in their team. Overall experience was excellent. Everything was great and they were very helpful
Never using Hyatt again

Went to a friends wedding, paid for my wife, myself and our son who wad 12 at the time, about eight months in advance. When we made it to Cabo, he had turned 13. Nothing was mentioned the entire time, including check-in. we spent six nights there and thousands of dollars. The night before check out Hyatt demanded $1000 extra since our son had turned 13. They threatened to take the thousand dollars out of the bride and grooms comps if did not pay. so I paid the thousand dollars extra. Never ever using Hyatt or Dream los Cabos again

We visited this resort in 2021 and were blown away with how amazing our experience was. The service was impeccable and the food was pretty good for an all inclusive. We went to Los Cabos again for a birthday and automatically selected dreams to return to. It was not near the same experience. The service was mediocre and the food was terrible. I received a steak at Portofino that was 50% chunky fat, not the good kind of fat. My “arugula salad” was 3 giant pieces of arugula with like 4 cherry tomatoes. I ordered room service instead. Meals took much longer than expected. When we went to Bordeaux we were there for 2.5 hours for the whole meal. The restaurants seemed understaffed. The main pool service was pretty good. We noticed the closer you sit to the bar, the faster you will get service. The service at the Adults Only pool was not great. They seemed incredibly understaffed and only had one waitress for the entire pool. The drinks were mid. Not terrible, not great. The things that were great were the housekeeping and entertainment staff. Brian, Abraham, and Marcos in entertainment are fabulous. Our room was cleaned daily and we had turndown service every night. Housekeeping even did a ballon decoration for my sister’s birthday. For the price of the resort, our experience was fine. If we paid more I would be much more disappointed. Even at the price point though, we would not return to the resort again.
