Visited Costa Sur for the second time this spring and I loved it again. This place has a special kind of tranquility that you don't usually get in sun destination resorts. This is an awesome destination for people who aren't overly bougie or uptight and who want to stay at a resort that people from Mexico actually go to. Erik was great and Raul was a rockstar again. Just like he was in 2022.

Thats one of the best hotel in all Puerto Vallarta, i really like that the food de service but I’m want to say something about the manager on duty miss Paty was the best worker there, she is so friendly and hospitality person, we want to come back and we hope to see mis paty again!!!

Spectacular views, friendly and serviceable staff, convenient 10 min bus ride into town. We had several dinners at their restaurant and the food was excellent. Tonight was outstanding fresh Mahi with poblano rice and vegetables cooked to perfection! Kudos to Ricardo, Jose, Raul, Gaby, Rafa and Erika at the restaurant.

This one of the older resorts in Puerto Vallarta and is a gem along the south coast. The restaurant featured a delicious special each night and all employee were attentive and friendly. Silly afternoon bingo and poker made for fun interactions and live music proved 5 nights of the week gave a lovely 2 hours time for dancing, listening or just relaxing by the pool area. Raul, our bar waiter and dinner waiter was excellent

Large 1 bedroom with kitchen and balcony. Soothing sounds of crashing waves pervade day n night even with closed doors, interrupted by street noise and occasional live band. Private lagoon full of tropical fish; rent mask, snorkel and fins. Older establishment but well run.
