Katy, Kristina, and the pit boss Vince made today's blackjack the most fun I've had gambling. I've decided I'm only playing blackjack at the Cromwell during their shifts while in town. -The younger better looking Brian

Less than perfect stay. I did appreciate the service by staff and they did make us feel very welcome. We typically stay at Paris but my husband was very impressed with the Cromwell. Feels that we should get some type of compensation!

Small hotel as advertised but limiting

I picked cromwell because we did not want a mega hotel due to extensive walking that would have to be done. But there is only one restaurant not open during the day. The worst was the pool. Free entrance for guests but they seat you in separate area with no chaise lounge chairs. Had to sit up on circular seat in the baking sun. Pool was deserted during the day. If you wanted a lounge chair it was 150 dollars minimum spend. They are part of Caesars so you could use facilities of flamingo and Caesars Palace but then you are walking miles. This place makes no sense to me.

Great location on the strip. Can get to anywhere on the strip with no problems. Rooms are newly renovated. Great outside bar area with good food. Wonderful customer service. Will definitely come back again.

    Unprofessional Table Games Supervisor

First and foremost, I would like to say the hotel looks very intimate. We came in during a club night so there were a lot of club goers. In spite of the large crowd everywhere, for the most part, associates and staff were still very friendly especially our dealers. They try to listen to our request as simple as wanting to get cocktail to our table. However, the Table Games Supervisor named Julio, he didn't seem to care. He never bothered to call for a waitress. Call it complacent for his status but not I would expect from a Cromwell staff, much less a Caesars. He's rude and very unprofessional. His behavior wouldn't stop me from coming back but one that is not tolerable. Kudos to the rest of the staff! We still had a great time.
