Mongolian beef was tough, but the sushi and miso soup were absolutely excellent and Gloria our server was more than fantastic

Honestly DO NOT waste your time! We were with our 3 small children to attend our brothers wedding. We had about 60 other people that all had some sort of a bad experience but ours was by far the worst. We could not bathe our small children do to the tub not having hot water. Spent 3 days of complaining and being told every time that it was fixed. I physically went to the front desk 8 times. We were not compensated at all! We had to bathe our kids at a family members room the whole week. Then the food was mediocre at best and thats if you could get into any of the over booked restaurants. And trust me you will wait hours to make it to the end of your meal. The “waterpark” areas were closed most of the time we were there so the kids did not get to enjoy that. And to top it all off we were there for a wedding. The area of the wedding is close to the adults only pool and bar. There is nothing else within walking distance for a drink. And unless you had a gold band you were denied anything to drink including water. I walked up with my 1 year old in my arms asking for water and was denied. I wish I could give negative stars for this resort. If you are traveling with children, avoid this place like it’s on fire. Maybe even avoid it if you’re not with children. HORRIBLE experience is an understatement.

Eduardo was an excellent server and helped make our experience thoroughly enjoyable! The food was delicious! Highly recommend coming here! The lamb was so beautifully plated and cooked to perfection. It came with mashed potatoes . Music was lovely. Overlooked the sea. Ver pleasant ocean breeze.

If you like nature, by all means go. But that's where it ends. At check in, they will not advise how to navigate the resort. Rooms are old, outdated, moldy and stinky. Feel bad for housekeeping who try to mask all the smell. The small fridge has few sodas and beer no water. Have big jug of water ( not drinkable). They sell water at the gift shop ( $ 7.00 for a 16.9 oz and $ 12.00 for 32 oz, ouch). Buffet is the worst I've seen, you'd do better at $ 3.99 chinese buffet. A la carte restaurants are decent, though, so that's why the second star.

Omg i really enjoying my time in this paradise the beach here it’s other level so clear and whit the real Caribbean vibes. This it’s my first time in Mexico and I’m in love whit this place hopefully I coming back soon as well I wanna made a special mention to the lovely girl of the entertainment team FANNY she was brilliant I always try to be whit her at the activities like the aqua gym and the dance lessons as well the foam party was AMAZING when she its the leader of the fun, if you are coming to the hotel let’s found her because she’s always in the best actitud to bring a information about the hotel and activities outside. Lovely experience at SANDOS thanks to give me a lot of reasons to smile!!!
