    So after less than two full days here, I wrote a review of Le Blanc Spa on Trip Advisor giving it only two stars while seriously debating whether to write a one-star review. Well, apparently the review was seen because starting the following morning our vacation went from a near disaster in the making to an absolutely wonderful few days. A great deal of the credit must go to Pamela Luna, the Chief Concierge. She, along with the entire rest of the staff, made sure to see that our every desire was catered to. From the incredible buffet breakfast in the morning to the wonderful pool and beach to the terrific service and cuisine in the evening, we had just the most completely wonderful vacation. Special mention must be made of Jose and Cesar, our butlers, to Virdiana at the Blanco breakfast, to the bartenders at the swim-up pool bar, to everyone at the beach and the pool, the chefs at the restaurants and all the wait staff. Indeed, we can’t wait to return, which we most certainly will and much sooner rather than later. Bravo to all!

    My wife and I just returned from a week at Sun Palace, followed by. Week at LeBlanc. Leblanc has always been our favorite resort in Cancun, however, this may have changed for us. While LeBlanc is beautiful and has amazing amenities, we found the food to be less than in the past. Also, the resort seemed understaffed, as service, particularly in the restaurants was quite slow. On the other hand, Sun Palace, which has recently undergone a significant renovation, was stunningly beautiful. The rooms were larger, the shower nicer, and there were two sinks in the bath area. Also, we found that the food was equal to or better than at LeBlanc. In addition, service was much better at Sun. The staff seemed genuinely interested in making sure that we were enjoying ourselves. Also, at nearly half the price, Sun is a great deal for the money. We do hope to return to both resorts next year and look forward to seeing the many staff who work so hard to insure that you are well, taken care of. I would like to single out Laura and Lucinda (Lucy) at the pool. They did everything and more to help us have a great poolside experience. It really is like seeing old friends when we return each year. I’d also like to thank Jonathan, in Lumiere, who helped my wife celebrate her birthday with a special tres leches cake.

    Absolutely loveddddddd our stay!! My husband received this 7 day trip as a gift for being employee of the year. He turned it into a 2nd honeymoon for us and we couldn't have chosen a better place to celebrate!! The staff is amazing!! Eduardo, sarahi, analy, william, and a whole host of other employees help make this trip MAGICAL!! My husband purposed for the 2nd time at a romantic dinner on the beach and Eduardo helped make sure it went smooth and we are forever grateful!! Make sure you bring money for tips cause you are going to tip everyone!! They accept US dollars so no need to change over money. You wont regret it. The views, food, ambiance staff are Absolutely EVERYTHING!!?????

    Just an amazing 5 nights. While not cheap you definitely get more than your money’s worth. I was worried about the “free” shuttle the hotel offered but it was very smooth and a nice ride. All of the staff are very friendly and make you feel welcome. We enjoyed the pool service and beach service and always did well getting timely food and drink. The grill outside had amazing food! Don’t be afraid to ask for grey goose..they hide it but it’s included! The room was amazing and we enjoyed each of the restaurants. Bring cash for tipping as there was no way to sign for tips. Lastly the nightly entertainment was very good..we were pleasantly surprised. Can’t wait to come back!

    The last time we were at LeBlanc Cancun was September 2020. Then the occupancy rate was about 30%. This time, the occupancy rate felt more like 70%. My husband and I were very happy to see how busy the resort was. On this April trip, we decided to vacation with another couple who had never been to Le Blanc, Cancun. It was our recommendation for us to meet at LeBlanc Cancun. The four of us had a blast, it was our best trip to LeBlanc Cancun! Special shout out to our butlers Hugo, Santiago and Marco who filled in one day. My husband and I thank you very much for making us feel at home and also being there for us when we had a question or a request! Housekeeping, morning and turndown; you are the best, thank you! Fini jewelry store; I bought my 3rd piece of jewelry there on this trip. A beautiful pair of large silver hoop earrings. What makes LeBlanc Cancun so extremely special, are the employees! Le Blanc Cancun's customer service is hands-down exceptional! From the beach staff, to the pool staff, to all the bar staff, and the people working in all the restaurants, THANK YOU for making our vacation at Le Blanc amazing and memorable! Rachel & Joe Rm 410
