Nothing excellent except for the staff!!!!! Ebonee was the nicest kindest most helpful staff member I met!!!! I’m sorry to say but the problems started at check in!! Couldn’t find my reservation after I pulled it all up on my phone….the property sent me an email stating the bill was paid…over $1300. For 3 nights, then they tried to tell me I only paid for one room ???????took 43 minutes to get checked in. My kids and grandkids waiting in the car…the rooms are very dated and not clean enough for me. No coffee. No wash cloths. Cabinets in kitty were dirty!!! No blanket s for the sofa bed so they brought us one fitted sheet for an extra blanket…Not offered the free kids meal s when the restaurant was closed… was told about that after I spent another 135.00 on fast food!!! I bought a cabana for the day. Over 160$ with tax and such. Floor is filthy, bugs, old food and trash, I cleaned up myself. Fridge full over ice and water and dirty, I cleaned myself….tv broken so don’t get that!!!! If not for the fabulous staff trying to make things better, I would have left already. Leilani at the pool, Precious the waitress, Christie the supervisor and Ebonee the wonderful lady at the ice cream/ coffee shop and the bartender at the hideout lounge…engineer even tried to fix the tv….they are the reason I’m still here. No one mops up the ice cream and water off the floor in the market place, very dangerous!!! This place is falling apart… I was here when it opened…and I’m very surprised to see such a mess thru holiday inn….it’s old and dated and holiday inn needs to do a better job supporting their awesome staff!!! I brought my kids and grandkids for a birthday celebration weekend and I’m just so disappointed!!! Not what I planned for at all!!! Too much garbage in the parking lots…food trash dirty diapers and more!!!! Clean this place up, you have too much competition to be so dirty!

Best place ever absolutely loved my kids enjoyed definitely going back the drink bar was really good pool area was amazing the lagoon was so much fun lots of things for the kids to do the movie theater was nice as well my kids enjoyed it and the customer service for the hotel was wonderful they checked in to make sure I had Everything I needed

We enjoyed the waterpark and the arcade the most. The room was comfortable and fit my family of five extremely well. Everyone was able to have their own space and bed.

It was a beautiful property and and gd staff. Enjoy myself I really did. And the family are dying to come back. We love the waterpark

The beds were comfortable, room was spacious and clean, customer service was helpful when there was a mix up with our room upon checkin! The pool was warm but the water park part was freezing cold so that wasn't enjoyable for the kids. Would definitely book and stay again.
