Alexander and Felix were GREAT bartenders at the lobby bar. 10/10 recommend?? will definitely come again to visit them.

Everything was great during our stay. The food was great and the service was phenomenal. Carlos Abarca and Alfredo Lopez service in the Albatros restaurant went above and beyond our expectations. They knew us by name and treated us as family. David the manager extended his hospitality as well. Everyone that we dealt with was great. We are definitely coming back and look forward to making Occidental Costa Cancún our regular vacation spot.
