I was there on April 25th and the staff do their best to keep the rooms, pools and beach clean. If you want premium drinks like Grey Goose or Hennessy they are not included and the inclusive drinks are watered down. The rooms are half decent and can use updating however if you plan on spending most of the time on the beach then it shouldn’t be too much of a problem. The food was bland at the buffet so please book the restaurants. There’s little to no activities or live shows but the staff try to lively things up. Overall I enjoyed my time on the beach and leaving the resort to go into the city but will not be returning.

best experience, the food -amazing entertainment - amazing, and the staff SUPERB! it was my first time down south and this resort was such a blast. the entertainment was so much fun when the sun goes down the party really begins Michelle an Alfredo and Lisset made it so special and personable ?? will remember this experience for the rest of my life

The suites are amazing. There are many activities to do. The pool bar is good. The pool size is good with fun activities within the pool and fun games.Department of Animasion I thank Michell, Kevin for the amazing time and participation and past time with me and my wife I definitely invite couples to come.

I tried desperately to find some glimmer of positive in this resort...however could not. The major issues are the excessive smoking in the main areas of gathering especially in the front lobby where the bar is located. Another concern is the petty pricing of standard items other resorts include. WI fi for only 1 device per room and room safe are $3 extra per day and getting a coffee from the espresso machine is an extra charge! After visiting 30 + resorts in DR I've never experienced such a thing. If you enjoy swimming in the ocean, you'll likely have to swim around the clusters of trash commonly floating around you. The food is more of a miss than a hit...and how you can so easily screw up chicken in every way is a mystery. The folks that seem to really enjoy this place are the rude smoking grizzled aging drunks that are obtuse to respecting others. This is a classless place!

The food it’s great on the buffet and the restaurant. The animations Team with Mr. Michel and Perla are great. Jorge it’s very nice and helped a lot with my internship. I would visit it again for sure. There also a beach and it’s nice and relaxing.
