Overall the hotel room and bathroom was totally fine and a good experience. A little older but updated well. The pool and beach access is awesome as well. However, for being an all inclusive, the food quality was VERY low. We got sick multiple times and the customer service was very low.

Have in mind the visitors are a very important part of your business if the welcoming is not appropriate the first experience entering to your location is not going to be good , welcoming is a primary key for your business.

I’m not high maintenance and came here with no expectations and so glad I did. Rooms were decent and for most part clean. Food is sub-par. The Coco cafe saved us in between meals. Food truck opens from 12-5pm serving hamburgers, hot dogs, nachos/cheese and potato chips. There is a guy inside serving drinks too. Preferential treatment given to local residents at bar/restaurants overall - that’s disappointing to see that we all are not treated equally. I waited too long to be acknowledged on so many levels. Saw the BIGGEST cockroach ever (length of palm of my hand) on main area of lobby where the travel agents sit ?? Travelled with an infant and only a few staff were courteous. It’s sad when you plan and look forward to an experience with an open mind and friendly disposition to be frowned upon and ignored. Loved the beach and sun and beautiful sunsets. We’ll be coming back to PV but never again to this resort.

We had a great time at sun scape. The pool activities were a blast. There were lots of things to do if you get involved and the entertainment crew were outstanding. Made you feel like a friend, and damn they work hard. They were honestly the most entertaining and fun everyday. Volleyball, games, shows, music, cooking classes etc, plenty for everyone. The resort is clean, and well run. The beach was amazing and lively.

Alejandro was the best person I’ve ever met in my entire life. He made the trip for me personally. The hotel was terrible in my opinion but he made my last night the best
