Overall a Lovely Stay

On the most part it was a delightful stay!!!. It was very clean. Great attentive staff, servers, house keepers were very available and curteous. The restaurants were very good ( food too salty for my palate though) but a great variety. The room was beautiful. The pools were impeccably clean.I liked that everyone had to wearmasks and use Purell. Very grateful they had free Covid tests I wanted to tell travellers what to look out for. Taxis into town, less than 1/2 a mile away,were $15 each way. We walked. Plus $48 per device for internet. Also, $15 per hour for any addition hour after checkout time, in other words no extended check out time. They really want you to attend their presentation. Oh and tansportaton to the airport was $40 something for me, but my Mexican friend only paid $30. I was told I would get a free gift of a bracelet, I never got it. The beaches were clean but please bring jelly sandals because the rocks will rip your feet apart!

Certainly the nicest property we have visited in 35 years of time sharing. Excellent accommodations; the resort was well maintained, efficient and spotless. Great food in several on site restaurants. Nicely situated on the beach. Above all, the staff was simply superb at every level, just the best. Overall, a wonderful vacation; I highly recommend this venue.
Relaxation and Rejuvenation

Having enjoyed many previous stays there I was pleasantly surprised that, despite Covid, our stay was as great as ever. Staff worked extra hard to allow us to feel totally safe and all meals were as delicious and well presented as ever. Nice to see excellent waiters still there such as Gregorio, Natalia, and Marco. We enjoyed Juan outside at the Dolores. Jose in the Platinum Lounge is so good to us. Hostesses like Isa and Kenny did great keeping things smooth. Our butler, Paulina, was always there for us. This year more than ever our wonderful trip was appreciated.
Best place for older persons

I found that the help of the butlers and carts to get to places that were distant for me was wonderful. I need a cane to walk with but found that getting around the resort was easy because of the help of the carts. Also having a doctor on site was a great help - I arrived having explosive diaahria - went to the doctor and he had exactly what I needed for medicine. In a day it was gone. My sister stumbled and split her chin open - he sewed her up and treated her the following days - it healed beautifully.. We are looking forward to our return next year.

Really loved this resort. Beautiful ocean view balcony and then walk out of our building right into the pool area! The food was really good for an all inclusive resort! The people were the highlight of our trip. Here are my favorites: Shera hostess at the Italian restaurant, Miguel the chef at the Italian restaurant, Marcos our pool server was amazing! Aracely and Lupita at the spa were the BEST! Sweet Caroline our golf cart taxi driver was so nice to us. Jonathan at member services was amazing and kind. Eva the nurse at the covid testing site was great!
