No one told us about airport transportation information until asked. We arrived at lobby 4:05AM for the 4:15 shuttle and THE SHUTTLE WAS SO SMALL AND THEY DIDN'T LET US ON. Never anticipated that as we've never encountered such situation in any other hotel in so many airport hotels in so many countries. NO ONE told us the bus could be full easily beforehand. If they've told us this earlier we would try to get to the frontend of the queue - we were being polite and yielding to people! And when we asked the staff after we were not allowed on the bus, they were being like oh you missed so you missed you can wait for another one 15 mins later. I called an uber to make sure we could have ample time for check in. I hope this hotel do realize their customers are getting to airports, and 15 and 30 mins do matter otherwise why do people stay in airport hotels?

Joey was really nice! The rooms are kind of new, the bed is nice, I was on a 12 hours flight so it was really good to have a nice bed and amazing host! Thank you Joey!

This hotel was very close to the airport. We needed the shuttle early in the morning and that was no issue. They run every 15 minutes 24 hours a day. The room was clean and quiet even though it was close to the road and the airport. They are doing some renovations, so getting to the pool was a little odd, but very nice area. Had dinner in the bar which was fine. Would recommend if you're looking to stay near the airport.

The bathroom is too small - difficult to enter when someone else already inside.Poor shower pressure. Too expensive

The friendliness and helpfulness of ALL staff, and especially the outstanding, welcoming nature of all restaurant staff, was truly outstanding in spite of our severe trans-pacific jet lag. We stayed overnight specifically to recover from the long flight before continuing on to Oregon, as I have Long Covid and become easily exhausted. Our stay at this Hyatt more than accomplished that refreshment - it boosted our spirits!
