We stayed at this hotel from Jan 6th to the 15- let me just say avoid this one!! It was nothing but a problem staying here- first room we were given was not clean musky - mould in the shower - leaning water - broken safe - bedding was damp- after two complains and a lot of waiting they switched us rooms - 2nd room I came out at 10pm to find cockroaches!! Yes- you read that right !!! 11 pm we pack up and switch rooms again- 3rd room we were locked out 6 times - twice needed to wait for engineering causing us to loose our entire morning /early afternoon at Disney! After much complaint I was offered a very low refund - definitely not sufficient!! Stay elsewhere - plenty of options in Orlando! I will be submitting reviews along with photos !

Stayed there for a week with my family while in Orlando to go to Disney. We had a room on the top floor so I can’t speak to how good the ceilings are at transferring noise but the walls and HVAC let lots of noise through if you’ve got loud neighbours. The AC worked well, the staff were friendly, the whole hotel was clean, the pool was fantastic and much warmer than I was expecting for Orlando in the winter. The water temp and pressure in the shower was a bit inconsistent, but it eventually got and stayed hot. They have a couple of restaurants inside, the standard Holiday Inn restaurant as well as a couple of fast food ones, Subway, a Mexican one and a pizza place. I did have pizza one night and it was great and well priced. My only real challenge was their complimentary shuttle to Disney. It was late, every single time we took it, didn’t matter if we were the first run of the day or the third, going to or coming back, they were late at least 15 minutes. I’ll absolutely cut them slack about our first day at Disney because of the marathon running through the Disney parks, but each other time they were late, including one day where we were not only 20 minutes late leaving but we stopped at two other hotels that weren’t even close to on the way, so what should have been an 8am arrival at a park was closer to 9. We got to the point that if we needed to be at a park to meet friends or just get there on time to beat some of the crowds, we drove and paid the $25 for parking at Disney.

This Resort was a great resort to stay in until our room keys started to malfunction and me and my family where not able to get in to our room until security came and opened it then moving us to a new room the key was still not working with new keys and everything this was a big mess for me and my family being tired and having to deal with this problem at nine clock. This was really bad management as they had the option to come throw the day to check it out and fix it but did not and no room service was done throw the day leaving our beds messy

Had a great time with my kids playing video games and swiming.

Went to Seaworld with the family (wife and our 4 kids) and needed a fun place to stay that could accommodate us all. My kids range from 2yrs-13yrs and we all had a lot of fun swimming in the pools and playing in the arcade room. The room was great and had plenty of room for all of us. Definitely a place we will visit often when we travel to Orlando.

    Awesome family hotel!

We had an awesome experience at this hotel. The price was great and the room exceeded our expectations. The staff member Allen at check in was so helpful. The hotel has a great location right next to the parks and it has a free shuttle which we used. The water features at the hotel were great for kids of all ages. There is also a great food court area at the hotel with lots of options. Over all we had a great time and enjoyed all of the amenities. Will go here again.
