Numerous problems at this hotel.. parking is in an unsafe garage with no security numerous homeless people around the hotel during the day with no security bathroom ceiling was leaking and I prepaid for my hotel stay with Amex.com front desk could. Or find my payment and charged me $513 additional which took me days to get back.. I would. Or recommend this hotel.. for a Hyatt it was not up to par

You will pay $30 for every time you drive out of the parking lot!!

They don’t have a parking lot structure soupy need to park in the next building. Each time you drive out there is a $35 parking fee but you get a $5 discount from the hotel -RIDICULOUS the hotel was nice and clean only downfall was the parking lot specially if you’re in vacation

Sure, it seems like a nice hotel from the pictures, but what they dont let you know ahead of time is that the hotel is being remodeled and everything within the hotel is closed. I cant blame Hyatt for the surrounding businesses being closed due to Covid. Trying to get an uber or food delivery is a nightmare. The address for the hotel is on one street, but for those services you have to use a completely different address or the driver will never find you even when you list the hotel as where you are staying.

As soon as I arrived in the roundabout of the hotel, I was greeted by the doorman who was able to allow me to park in front real quick to check in and change to make it in time for my reservations instead the hassle of parking blocks away. The check-in was easy, and the rooms blew my mind. They were very clean, very modern and the best part was the view. I got the room with the balcony facing the pier side, I was amazed at how much space the room had. Staff is very kind and they make you feel very welcomed, if you say the opposite, you're probably the problem. The location is great, I would recommend going to Hog Island Oyster for lunch right at the pier.

Long way from parking to the room, coffee machine is bad, not enough towels, if you are going without kids so it will be fine, the price is high comparing to the value, you can find other cheaper places with the same services
