    I was having a problem With my email when trying to booked so I Logged on to my Ig account n reached out to Hilton n was assisted by the amazing Allison who took her time to book my spa appointment thank u so much Allison for going the extra mile for me Efora Spa.was just what I needed upon arrival I was greeted by the very pleasant onika who introduced me to the lovely Simona who worked miracles on my feet I had the signature Pedicure done n it was the most relaxing experience ever all covid protocols were followed n room was cleaned n up to standard thank u so much ladies for making my day an awesome one I'm looking foward to seeing u next time

    The Hilton Barbados Resort is the perfect choice if you would like to stay close to Bridgetown in a hotel with beach access. This hotel has access to the beaches in the Carlisle Bay, perfect for swimming or snorkeling. All rooms offer a beautiful view, with the corner room you can even enjoy the sunset every evening from your balcony. The hotel is also a good starting point for excursions due to the easy access to the main roads and highways. The Barbados Blue dive center is operating within the resort and as a hotel guest you can get different watersport equipement. The hotel staff is super friendly even compared to other Hiltons the service is amazing. I would recommend this hotel for everybody visiting Barbados.

    Poor Communication Efforts with Curt & Stoic Conduct from Front Desk Personnel

    In an effort to offer fairness, we waited weeks to compose this note. As a frequent traveler worldwide supporting the Hilton Brand, the accommodations at this location are comparable, with a fantastic view to the sea, modern suites, and an excellent layout. However, the energy of the personnel is blatantly pretentious, malicious and disconnected! While I understand the laws of each country differ, what is intolerable is the lack of compassion, considerateness and honest disclosure in order to set the expectations up front during reservation or upon check in. Specifically, as it relates to any nuances of protocols of the country with respect to the fear based behaviour of COVID. Consequently, we opted to leave earlier than scheduled. We are of the firm belief that if others before us have broken rules and have exercised a lack of cooperation other guests should NOT be subjected to hostility or bullying tactics to push an agenda. Most unfortunate, displeasing and outright embarrassing! Let's begin to think "outside of the box folks" shall we, and not be so robotic in responses. Barbados was once a country/island filled with people who freely exhibited Cheer, Love, Care & Concern and concern for their fellow International guests and returnee Nationals - this vibrancy is no longer the norm but the exception. Though, we were delighted to experience it from one Agent at the front desk, whom we have highlighted with the Hilton Corporation directly. On an aside, it is recommended to insist to be fully informed about the curfews, property expectations, testing options and "more accurate" Quarantine requirements so your trip is not disruptive. We noticed that in other feedbacks here, there is a consistent theme of discontent & disappointments with the lack of interpersonal skills and poor information from the front desk/local reservation agent(s).

    psychotic supervisory receptionist and poor attention to detail

    The Hilton has a superb location with commanding views from almost every angle. But, as i entered the room , on the surface it looked ok, but then you realise the curtains are drooping off the tracks, the clock doesn't work (why is it there?) and there is no kettle and milk which had to be requested. On leaving, the receptionist demanded that I inform immigration of my transfer to another hotel which I didn't know I had to do. Her tone was shocking, so I ignored her. She would do well to remember that it is customers like me that keep her in her job. My experience with all other staff members were good. Go to The Crane for a little extra, you'll get a great experience. A disappointing, mediocre experience.

    We came to the Hilton after arriving in Barbados, and then had to get our second test. Ended up waiting five days, three of those we were not allowed out of our room-obviously not Hilton’s fault. Good bits: fireworks display on beach on NYE, good breakfast room service, large room (beach view). Not so good: nobody came to help us with our bags at check out, even though our taxi was waiting and we had asked several times with 30 mins to spare. Moving six suitcases between us with two small kids was frustrating. The room was not super clean on arrival, rugs needed hoovering. The room service menu was very limited and had no kids options, and not healthy to eat twice a day for five+ days in a row. Please take into consideration that your guests might need a different offering if they are quarantining. A good selection of fruits and more veg please.
