We always love going to Le Blanc and this time was no exception. Rodrigo and BillyYoel were our butlers and made our experience over-the-top special for my husband’s birthday. Thank you, Le Blanc staff! We are already planning our next visit.

What a wonderful vacation we had at Le Blanc! From the impeccable service levels to the wonderful dining experiences, to the pool/beach/ocean views, right down to the bedding/pillows, we cannot say enough about this hotel. It definitely ranks as our favorite vacation spot! A few hotel staff went above and beyond who deserve mention: Patricia, our hotel concierge, Raul, our floor butler; Elaine, spa service tech; Geronimo, our waiter and wine guide at Lumiere Restaurant, and lastly, Jose and Caesar, our pool concierges. Overall a wonderful adult-only, all-inclusive vacation destination!

Santiago and Manuel were the best butlers!!! They were so sweet to us. We were here for our babymoon in April 2023 and they surprised every day with balloons, chocolates and even a cute little onesies for our future baby boy. They were so accommodating and we can’t wait to come back!

We love Le Blanc Cancun. This is our second time here and we doubled our stay length having loved it so much the time before. The food and drinks are exceptional along with all of the staff. We made many great connections with other guests and staff at the resort. Our butlers Eduardo and Rossy were amazing and thoughtful. We can’t wait to come back again.

Byliyoel was the best butler ever, barely had to wait for ANYTHING i requested, Super helpful, even came all the way down to the pool just to see if i wanted to order any food, it was very thoughtful. I appreciated all the service here but he was the best by far
