Tequila tasting was totally worth it. Very knowledgeable and learned about new flavors. Resort is very nice and clean. Pool and bartender service is frequent but not bothersome. No overcrowding issues. Highly recommend for a nice short vacation.

Villa del Palmar was as amazing as always! The facilities are impeccable and the food never disappoints! I took my sister and 5 girlfriends to make new memories together. We had the best service starting with the Concierges Adriana and Nubia. Angel was our VIP pool attendant who reserved our chairs everyday and made sure we were comfortable - he did an amazing job! We had many different servers during the week we were there but these 3 were outstanding and made our stay so memorable- thank you Armundo, Gabriel and Eleuterio!!! Looking forward to the next time!!

This vacation was the commencement of my parents' 60th Wedding Anniversary celebration. We stayed at the beautiful Villa del Palmar Cancún Resort for 5 nights with the all inclusive option. Our well appointed suite posed one inconvenience which was promptly addressed by Mr. Eduardo Alcalde the Resort General Manager. Mr. Alcalde personally made certain that we were well accommodated and provided us with amenities that exceeded our expectations. Rooms Division Manager Mr. José Ríos made sure we were comfortable, and Mr. Amar oversaw that our restaurant experiences were pleasant. One night after dinner at Caprichos restaurant Mr. Amar and staff surprised my parents with a delicious cake and a bottle of champagne while Mr. Louie the amazing singer and guitarist serenaded us with his exquisite talent. Food and drinks offered across the resort were delectable and servers were courteous. Most staff we encountered were friendly, polite, and helpful, particularly our friends at Caprichos restaurant. Special recognition goes to Supervisor Ms. Sandra Flores, Chef Mr. Yesson, Servers Mr. Alexis Marcelo, Mr. Jorge Gómez, Mr. Jaziel, Mr. Cesar, and Mr.Ignacio for their attentiveness and hospitality. And our most heartfelt appreciation to Mr. Alcalde, Mr. Ríos, and Mr. Amar for making our stay memorable. Gratefully, Fernández-Sousa Family

The tequila tasting with bartender Kenny was superb. Very educational & informative. Kenny was very knowledgeable, personable, and friendly. The tequila was excellent. The ceviche with it was outstanding. Thanks to Kenny for his expertise.
