Had a blast with three girlfriends in Hawaii! This hotel is a perfect location and in centrally located to all the shopping and activities in Waikiki! The beach front location double bed room was the best view I have seen. The food on premises was some of the top restaurants to visit and the quality of the food was very good. The prime rib, lunch and breakfast buffets were the best deal in town. But don’t forget the Hula Pie for dessert! A must have and share able! The check in was a little rocky based on inconsistent information provided from the Call Center staff but Mae at the front desk made the day and our stay. She was extremely patient and accommodating! Excellent customer service skills! Way to go Mae!!!

This is a 2 star hotel they charge for a five star hotel. We had three room changes because a toilet didn’t flush in one room and the other one smelt like urine. If you are gluten intolerant don’t book the club they can’t cater for you. Apart from the reception Manager the reception staff were unable to assist with anything. The bell hops were the best experience of the hotel. Think again before you book here

My husband and I stayed here a second time. It’s an excellent location & easy to walk to shops & restaurants. It’s wonderful that it sits on Waikiki Beach and has a nice pool. We had an ocean view room and we enjoyed our lanai to view the water sites. Duke’s, Hula Grill, and Pai’s Deli are our favorite restaurants there. Also, housekeeping was awesome, the room was very clean! Everyone from staff to guests were very nice, gracious & friendly. We will happily and definitely stay at Outrigger Waikiki Beach Resort again.

Absolutely beautiful hotel. Every room has a small patio with a beach view. Enjoyed the sunrise every morning. The hotel had several wonderful restaurants and cute shops. Valet parking is so convenient. Location is directly on the beach and also faces the main thoroughfare for walking to shops and restaurants. We loved everything about this hotel.

Customer service at its finest!!! Had such an amazing experience and stay. Started with the best check in process to receiving free upgrades for my birthday, then to the spacious suite with the most comfortable beds, to the friendly staff throughout the entire resort, had the best hangout restaurant bar in town “Dukes” right inside the resort with ocean views , and just steps from the ocean, I must say this was one of my favorite resorts I’ve stayed at. I will definitely be back and recommend this resort for any occasion.
