Angel at the main pool was amazing! We reserved a cabana on the beach and it was wonderful. It came with champagne, fruit and cheese snacks! Absolutely loved everything

Carlos was awesome for us today! He is working so hard to make everyone happy and it shows. We are having a great time and he catered to our every need. We appreciate him so much for all he does. Service was a little slow, but he treated us well!!!!

Our entire stay at the hotel was magnificent. Each restaurant at Pueblo Bonito has its own charm and spectacular ambiance. The food is delicious, each dish showcases the great work of the chefs. The service is spectacular, they are always attentive to ensure you lack nothing, and the attitude of service is outstanding. A charming hotel in every sense, from the architecture to its hospitality. The experience provided by each restaurant is phenomenal. At the LaFrida restaurant, I highly recommend spending an evening listening to Angelo play the piano. Angelo is a very friendly person who truly made our night unique by playing melodies we requested. Guadalupe always provided spectacular service and had the detail of leaving something lovely in the room with the towel design. At La Nao restaurant, Manuel Caro and Christian Herrera were always very kind to us and provided excellent service when we went for breakfast. I must mention that the best service we received throughout our stay was from Erik; he was always attentive to us, gave us recommendations, and made our stay effortless. He does a spectacular job and always with the best attitude. Our stay at Pueblo Bonito was magnificent.

Awesome service! Parliett was amazing. He served us food and drinks at the main pool. We loved him! We are vacationing for a girls trip. Great place to come!

Best service we have ever had. If you want a good time, pleasant atmosphere and amazing drinks then look for further than Mitchel. He is the best bartender we have ever had and always has a special delicious drink ready to go for you! Can’t wait to come back!
