Grand Hyatt San Francisco

I’d like to thank the staff at the Grand Hyatt and a special shout-out to Gliezl for ensuring that l had a wonderful stay on my birthday. I arrived at the hotel early because l had a video call that l didn’t want to do at the airport. I booked an executive suite, the room wasn’t ready, so l paid a bit more to get upgraded to their presidential suite. This suite has a kitchenette with a microwave and a mini fridge, nice artwork in the dining room, the bathroom is huge with a soaking tub and a sauna, large walk-in closet, very modern, peloton bike in the bedroom with a nice view of the Pyramid building. Given the challenges that the world is going through, l am extremely grateful to the staff for their continued service, professionalism, and most importantly, making sure that guests feel safe. I felt very safe and the suite is clean and l felt comfortable as though l was at home. The only thing l would change is the fabric sofa. This is all subjective, l think hotels should have leather sofas instead of fabric.

I was fortunate enough to stay the night in a VIP suite, it was like an apartment. I really enjoyed my stay, no complaints at all. It was the best ever. The staff, room (by the way super clean) , everything was just wonderful

Excellent stay for Valentine’s Day the view the cleanliness everything to customer service was perfect! Will def come back to this hotel again soon! The view was amazing! Sucks that Covid is around and everything closes early but everything was still perfect! Thank you!!

I had the best service from the front desk clerk, Betsy! She accommodated my every need while there. The hotel is so easily accessible to every thing you want to see. And the parking...... so difficult in San Francisco but they have a parking garage across the street which worked out

My stay with the Hyatt hotel in San Francisco was absolutely wonderful the front desk attendant was polite and helpful and the room was very clean in addition to having a stunning view of the city line.
