The hotel is beautiful, with a pretty lobby and amazing views. Unfortunately, there were naked and drunk people around the outside of the people while we stayed there, but they didn't bother us at our conference. Would stay here again, even though it was a little pricey (food, hotel room, parking), but I would not wander around outside at night.

I would stay there again in a heartbeat. I found a full hot breakfast right outside (about 70 yards away) for $14. 2 eggs, potatoes, bacon, and toast.

We had an outstanding stay directly across from the Embarcadero! The views were exceptional as was the staff. We were close to Oracle Park where we enjoyed a baseball game at the incredible stadium and loved our City Bike ride along the waterfront.

We got two queens with balcony room. The room was spacious and we like the sliding door that separated entrance and bathroom from the sleeping area. Overall a great experience as the hotel was located right across from the Ferry building. We took a 20 months old toddler and there was a playground nearby. The only negative feedback was the carpet did not appeared to be vacuum well from prior guests, we found tangled hair on carpet. We had a toddler so this was important to use to have a clean space for kid to walk around the room. Otherwise, staff services were great - we were always greeted outside room and we asked for additional pillows which they are prompt to deliver to our room.

Overpriced! There was a semen stain on a sheet,. The handicapped accessible room requested was quite far from th elevator so inaccessible if you are using a walker at all. Not Quiet Lots of street noise cop sirens, screaming, bells ringing ( I realize not in control of outside noise). However in control of clanking plates from room service cleanings.The room keys did not work well. Nothing worked well in the short one night conference stay.
