Celebrated our 25th Anniversary here; it was our first time ever staying there, though it was our 5th time in Cancun. Most of the staff there are very friendly, and attentive. Its not the biggest place, and certainly not the biggest buffets, but the food was good, and exceptional in a few cases (buffet grilled chicken, fish tacos, teppanyaki, and the beach dinner options). They do their best to make you feel welcome, and cared for. The property is beautiful, with some areas in need of repair, but very few. We really enjoyed our stay!

Our first visit was one to remember! The service was amazing and that made our stay better than I could have imagined.Cabana reservations and service from Ivan, David, Daniela, Guillermo, and Luis made the beach and pool that much more relaxing. Chef’s Plate with Chef Ulises, sommelier Juan, and waiters Noe and Mateo was excellent. Juan also helped us pair wines the rest of our visit and was spot on with our tastes and the food. Antonio in The Den was also a highlight every day for mixology classes and pre/post dinner creative cocktails. The staff made this experience one that I can’t wait to have again!

This is our second time visiting this property and both times have been nothing short of amazing. The staff truly makes the entire experience nothing short of luxurious! The entertainment is truly amazing and gets better every year and only adds to the excellent all-inclusive experience. The spa is not to be missed!

Our check in process was efficient and Eddie Chan was wonderful as always. He answered all of our questions and greeted us with a smile. We are returning guests and he remembered us from a previous stay. We were so happy to see him again. Spice was our favorite. We ate breakfast with Jesus every morning that he was there. He is such a kind and friendly man. We really enjoyed speaking with him and seeing his smile every morning. Yahaira and Sahayed made the BEST omelettes. They would remember our order each morning too. We also spent every dinner in Spice. We were always warmly greeted by Marcos the host who was such a joy to see each evening. He is very attentive and hospitable. Captain Luis Munoz and Rodolfo always made sure to greet us as well with a big smile. Azucena always would come over to say hello and make sure we were happy and had everything we needed. She is truly a genuinely great person. Damaris was always so happy to cook on the grill. She was so pleasant to talk with. We remembered Roberto from a previous stay and usually sat with him. He was always on top of everything and kept us laughing. We also had dinners with Carlos, Juan, and Sergio. They were all so fun and hard working. Heisler, the sous chef and Gabriel the chef were absolutely the best. They greeted us with welcoming smiles and were willing to make us anything we wanted. They would always greet us if we saw them even outside of Spice. They really made us feel like family. Alexis made the BEST desserts ever. He is extremely talented and it was a pleasure to see his smiling face again. He even brought us some special desserts! What a great guy. We ate at Punta Vista for lunch one day with Jose. He was so energetic and happy to help answer any questions. Samanta the Captain was also very warm and welcoming. Although we ended up changing our plans, we did visit captain Luis Lopez in Asiana and he was very thoughtful and a delight to speak with. Casa del Cafe was one of our favorite spots to go into often. Enrique, Abigail, Eduardo and Jose Luis were always so welcoming. Eduardo made us the most beautiful lattes with different pictures every day! He is really talented with his latte art. We would look forward to that each day! We love the cheesecake in here too! Mexico Night was by far the BEST night and I wish there was more than one per week. We loved the culture, music and food. Usually Sergio was our lobby waiter and he was very attentive. Michael Jackson was the next best night. We could honestly skip the other shows as they weren't as appealing to us. At the pool we were always taken care of graciously by Abimael, Victor and Reyes. They were great with keeping us hydrated and always friendly. We also interacted a lot with Sebastian who helped us to pick out the perfect cabana. He was so friendly and always smiling while doing his job so well. Marcos also was very helpful and friendly. Entertainment was great with Fernanda, Michelle, Cristian and Genaro. They went out of their way to make us feel special. They truly feel like our family. We loved making bracelets the most with them. Ivan in Time Out is truly irreplaceable. We met him at our last visit and were delighted to see him again. He takes care of so many guests and does such a great job managing everyone's needs. He is always smiling and really works hard. Our room was cleaned to perfection every day by Francisca Cime. She really pays attention to detail and our room was sparkly clean.

Abel Gisel was an absolutely fantastic server. We had him several times during our stay and he was extremely positive and friendly. He was extremely happy and really made our stay better! We also loved this resort and had a fantastic time. We have been to this area several times and plan to return to this resort!
