Close to the beach without the beachside prices

We were very happy with this hotel. We booked it because it was $1000 cheaper for the week than other hotels that were on the beach. With this hotel being only 1-ish block from the beach, it’s was an easy walk. The free-to-use towel, beach umbrellas, and beach chairs were a great bonus. The ability to rent (for free) a Go Pro camera was also surprising and unexpected. Overall we had a great experience!

Don’t waste your money

“Full ocean view” isn’t actually full ocean view. I would classify it as partial ocean view. Several buildings (other hotels) block the ocean view.

Great location with stunning views!

This hotel has the best location, right in the heart of Honolulu and so close to the beaches. The hotel rooms themself are clean, spacious and have amazing views of Honolulu. Would definitely stay here again.

Hotel is fine, this location shouldn't be considered a resort.

The rooms, staff, and cleanliness are fine. You do hear some of the street sounds while sleeping, but that is expected in Waikiki. This hotel would be perfect if it didn't charge the resort fee. While I don't mind paying for a resort fee, if the hotel has a good size pool area, etc. The pool at this hotel is very shallow, should be called a fountain. They list the amenities included in the resort fee, Wifi access is about the only thing I use, but that I could get off my personal hotspot. I see that they do offer chairs and umbrellas to checkout, but you have to carry them a few blocks to the beach. I am tired of resort fees, when i travel the world other countries rarely charge them.
