Digital Key Doesn’t Work

Claimed my digital key was available but it didn’t work, wasting 20 minute because the checkin line was long and the elevator line, which I had to wait for three times, was quite slow. Person at checkin said digital key was “glitching”, so I guess they know about the problem and still chose to waste my time.

Valet moved my car when I had keys they took my chip out of my car and put a chip in a controlled the car with security guard. Camera footage will show it all. Stephanie witnessed it. I checked in later room 411 went to my room showered and came back to front desk stopping me. Security entered my room without probably cause and kicked me out. Call me 424 436 1018. I said just give me my money back and they refused. I like Hilton better
