Hotel is very average compared to the property. Compared to the Royal Towers, this is a low budget friendly option, but still overpriced. Room was very small and cramped for 2 adults and one child (7). Bathroom fixtures were coming off the wall and not sturdy to holdw wet towels. Linens were not replaced with large chocolate stain. My daughter spilled chocolate milk, we took the bed comforter off and put it on the floor. By the evening, we realized it put back on the bed and flipped inside out to hide the stain at the foot of the bed.

We vacation here every year. We love the beach, the pool, the restaurants and the casino. It is extremely relaxing.

Wow!!! Prepare to be blown away!! This property is giant and has everything you could dream of on a paradise vacation! Clean and comfortable rooms, big balcony and plenty of space in rooms! The water park is about an 8-10 min walk with so much to see along the way! Plenty of restaurant options and places to get snacks!! We will definitely return!!

An unbelievable facility for a relaxing family vacation. 3 generations. Action for all. Kids can run around unattended while adults can relax.

Came to Atlantis for Janet Jackson concert. Typically stay at the Baha Mar but was offered a casino voucher so I tried it out!!! Big mistake the room was filthy have pictures hair on floor in bathroom and also cigar butt from previous occupant. Told front desk they said were busy. Played 10 hours for casino still never qualified for casino rate and charged me up. It was horrible experience
